May 8, 201411 yr Administrator A To Z: Discussion Thread A TO Z – This is the A-to-Z story of Andrew (Ben Feldman, “Mad Men”) and Zelda (Cristin Milioti, “How I Met Your Mother”) — a pair that almost wasn’t — and all that happened from the day they met. Andrew has always been a secret romantic … not above crooning to Celine Dion while driving to work, with dreams of finding “the one.” He imagines her to be just like that shimmering beauty he spotted that night in that silver dress at that concert two years ago. Zelda, having grown up with a hippie mom who believed the universe would provide for everything, rebelled into a no-nonsense practical lawyer who prefers the control of online dating. But when a computer glitch sends her a total mismatch, she’s asked to come in for an interview at the Internet dating site where Andrew works, and this is where it all begins. Andrew and Zelda meet for the first time and despite their differences, sparks fly. She thinks it’s chance. He thinks it’s fate. After all, he’s convinced she’s the shimmering girl in the silver dress. Is it true love forever or just a detour in destiny? The cast also includes Henry Zebrowski, Lenora Crichlow, Christina Kirk and Katey Sagal (narrator). Writers Ben Queen (“Drive”), Rashida Jones (“Parks and Recreation”) and Will McCormack (“Will & Grace”) serve as executive producers. “A to Z” is a production of Warner Bros. Television and Le Train Train.

May 10, 201411 yr Member I'm with you Toups! She was so underused in HIMYM... I wish they would have brought her on prior to the final season.
May 11, 201411 yr Author Administrator I'm with you Toups! She was so underused in HIMYM... I wish they would have brought her on prior to the final season. Agreed! She was so good on HIMYM. When the show ended, I said, "I want to see her in a romantic comedy." And now I get it.
May 11, 201411 yr Member Haha, I hope it does well. I adore Ben Feldman and I am so happy that he has found steady work post Drop Dead Diva.

August 17, 201411 yr Member Ha, it could be a good show for him Khan. I liked it but I definitely can see room for improvement and I do agree with you but I like what I've seen thus far of him and Cristin. Edited August 17, 201411 yr by London
October 4, 201411 yr Author Administrator Just watched it and I loved it! Cristin and Ben are really good together. Cristin is made for romantic comedies. I enjoyed every character from the two leads to the supporting ones. "Andrew is a guys guy. He likes sports and Liam Neeson movies....but Andrew has another side." Cut to Andrew listening and singing "My Heart Will Go On". Umm....that's me! LOL I identify so much with Andrew. Can't wait to see more...even it might only be for short while. Hope the ratings won't slide too much and we'll get at least one season. I want to know what happens after eight months, three weeks, five days, and one hour of dating.
October 4, 201411 yr Member I enjoyed this show, as well as Bad Judge. What a striking contrast to ABCs Manhattanzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz and Selfie, with hashtag this and hashtag that. Hopefully they'll stick around, but with Scandal on at the same time, this could be a casualty. I'm all for A to Z being around for a long time!
