imo, some way, some how, she is gonna steal Victoria's baby. There is no reason for these SL's to be going on simultaneously otherwise (Chloe wants a baby fathered by Billy and Victoria is (likely) pregnant w/ Billy's baby...)... Chloe will probably 'leave' and then Elizabeth Hendrickson/a recast will return and steal the baby. It will be all mysterious and we won't be shown her face until it's revealed later on.
