American Idol being sued

I read about this several months ago, I wonder why it's getting new press. Those twins and Corey are shadier than the pines. $25 million a PIECE?? Niggas please.

ROFL at this.

Is it really impossible to believe that this might be true? That AI profiled young black singers to remove them so that they could have more white faces in the competition? Is that really difficult to believe?

Remember Frenchie Davis? I believe she was profiled. So she showed her tits online?! I don't believe AI wanted this big black woman representing AI. She had a voice only second to Melinda Doolittle, IMHO [and we all know MD not winning the season was a travesty of the highest order]. I gave up the show once Melinda was bounced and never looked back!

I hope AI is called to the carpet for this because I have no doubt in my mind this is true.

Idol is pretty strict about nude pictures and criminal backgrounds, they've disqualified white contestants for those issues as well. If a contestant lies about their criminal background and makes it through, it's guaranteed they will get booted if it comes out. Considering that they are offering a pretty big pretty to potential winners, the producers have to check people out to prevent embarrassment and liability.

As for those suing, they aren't that great at singing. Corey Clark's voice is akin to s*** on wheat crackers, so ain't nobody was going hire him anyway.

Ok. If I'm wrong, I gladly admit it. Thanks :)

I think they really wanted to make Corey happen at first, in a bad boy Guarini kinda way. Remember he was one of the contestants who went and got drunk and did bullriding at the bar the night before their group performances? His look and voice were that of a bootleg deBarge. I wonder what Ryan Starr is up to these days. Last time I saw her, Flav was asking her if she was a virgin on The Surreal Life, which predated all of Flav's own series and spinoffs.

OMG!!! I remember back when AI was the show to talk about me and my family would say the same thing. LOL!
