His shows brought a lot of laughter into my home growing up. Family Ties was must see tv.

    Had to think for a second when I saw the name before I realized it was the "Family Ties" producer. May he rest in peace, "Family Ties" always had a special feel to it that no other sitcom ever has and ever will, I've got most of the seasons on DVD.
