He's mighty fine, but you can have him. Me? I've got my heart set on Mr. Robert Scott Wilson. Like...I want to iron his shirts, cook his breakfast, attend the company's family day picnic with him, fill out ER forms for him when he's sick, etc.

In all seriousness, though, I don't know if it's truly hit me yet that the shows will be back. I mean, I've had random fits of excitement and those weird smiling fits you get when you read Cady's blogs or watch behind the scenes videos or whatever, but I still have to remind myself that it's coming back every now and then. Noon'll roll around, and I'm like "I would be watching AMC right now, but--" and then after a second, I'll remember. April 29th just seems so, so far away! I hope, whatever happens, that this thing can prosper. We all know that we're high on excitement right now, and that first episode will probably sober us all up very quickly. There will be things we like, things we don't like. Some people will be done before the episode is over and won't tune in again, while others will jump right back into it. The new cast members and characters that we're already speaking fondly of might end up being our least favorite parts of the show. Whatever the case, I just hope none of this is done in vain. Even if these shows don't last a year, hopefully it opens the door for other things in the future.

But for now? Ima just wait and see, yall!

I had a few excitement fits. I can honestly say that I never gave up. I kept telling my friend that after September 2012 the rights will revert back to ABC but still no news. People thought I was nuts that I kept looking everyday, every hour, on-the-hour! Then I told my dad that I just can't give up on AMC then SUDDENLY I checked this board and someone posted the Holiday Miracle thread. I went Coo-Coo!! Me and my 21 year old self went jumping and skipping around the house as if I escaped from the looney bin! I couldn't sleep through the WGA meetings PP had either. This has been an adventure!
