And I hope Sami, when/if she finds out, points that out to Marlena, too.

I know I've said before how it might be cool to see Marlena turn the old tables on Kristen, so to speak, and fight Kristen's crazy with crazy of her own. Well, I was wrong. Because what she did in that promo? Delete Kristen's message about Brady's attack? That felt really out of character for "Doc" to do that. I mean, I don't care if it was Kristen and she's paranoid about Kristen re-insinuating herself into John's life. Marlena, IMO, just wouldn't do that. (And we all know what Doug Marland says about moments like that, don't we?)

Being out of character for her to delete them is one thing, but why the hell wouldn't she at least look at the messages first to know what Kristen wanted? What a dumbass!

Because, I have the feeling, the writers were determined to have that moment at the hospital where John lashes out at Marlena, regardless of the logic that had to be ignored to get there. The truth is, Marlena would have set aside her animosity for the moment, told John that Brady was in trouble, and then, when the two were alone, question Kristen as to what Brady was doing there in the first place.

I'm surprised no one suggested that EJ and Rafe both dump Sami and choose each other.

Chances are, though, if they did that, Gary Tomlin & Christopher Whitesell would just bring back Jeremy Horton as a Tea Party politician campaigning against gay marriage in Salem.

I don't think it's out of character the way Marlena has been acting, she didn't know that Brady had been attacked, this time it was like the Lil Boy that cried wolf. In reality a woman wouldn't have kept ignoring the calls, she would have picked up and said "LOOK b&@ch! Why and the hell are you calling my man, back to back? This better be a damn good reason, or I'm gonna come find you and kick your ass!"
