June 1, 201213 yr Member Ratings are mostly flat. Not much movement. Days won't ever bounce. Those demos are terrible.
June 1, 201213 yr Member Still down over last year. I imagine that the soap blogs which ignored last week's ratings will now go on a Cartini parade since they had a marginal increase.
June 1, 201213 yr Member Still down over last year. I imagine that the soap blogs which ignored last week's ratings will now go on a Cartini parade since they had a marginal increase. And continue to ignore B&B.
June 1, 201213 yr Member Just once I wish the ratings headline just said the ratings were flat. I think that's a more accurate interpretation. GH is up 8K in the demo from last week. That's the same number of people who pay to see Celine Dion in Vegas over two days. OTOH, B&B is up almost 250K from last year. I don't know what they're doing but it's working. June 1, 201213 yr Member A massive gain in ratings for GH!!!!!!!!! massive? only 29000 that is not much
June 2, 201213 yr Member That's the same number of people who pay to see Celine Dion in Vegas over two days. That might be a good soap...
June 2, 201213 yr Member massive? only 29000 that is not much I assumed Graham was being sarcastic. For a frame of reference, Madison Square Garden seats 22,000 people for one basketball game. Edited June 2, 201213 yr by marceline

June 2, 201213 yr Member It still amazes me that there are only four soaps left. I DVR them all each day and I must say I am so happy that B&B has increased its year over year numbers. As for GH its ABC daytime's 2nd highest rated show so hopefully that still means something. It sucks for DAYS that they are doing so badly. Like Y&R, DAYS is so hit or miss. Some episodes are awesome then you can watch the next episode and it is painful. I wish AMC & OLTL were still around for more variety :-) Edited June 4, 201213 yr by skiman12082004
