I think that's the major issue with Hayley's poisoning story. It is the same thing over and over again while expecting the audience to find it interesting. We have seen Hayley pull the poison out and put it into Bill's food and or drink and then smile smugly way too many times. Then we have had Bill collapse multiple times and end up in the hospital. That's great, but Hayley has not had a real nearly caught moment or anyone truly suspicious of what she has been doing. Not even someone else getting sick from her poison. Hell, she could at least be blackmailing Tomas or Caroline someway if they caught on and threatened to tell Bill. However, it all has been one note and rinse and repeat for months.
