Y&R Casting call

According to a variety of sources including SOD and SOC there is a casting call out for a twenty-something male character with a chip on his shoulder. Rumor has it this is either a Ryder or Ronan recast, although one site claimed it was a Kyle recast. Chip on shoulder? Sounds like Hogan's type of character.

Doesn't that describe every man on the show?

Every new character created by Sheffer has failed, and this is why. Just look at the collective shrug given to much hyped types like Ricky or Ronan.

It's definitely Ryder - it's too soon to bring back Ronan. (Plus, I thought they wrapped that story well - for now.) What's up with all these men named "R" on Y&R?

It's nothing on the 'J' period AMC went through.

Because, according to Hoagy, real men have names that start with "r." rolleyes.gif
