Possible Temporary Replacements

Over the years, many actors have had to be replaced temporarily, for a variety of reasons. But many actors have never been replaced and I thought it might be fun to propose some possible temp replacements.

Who could fill in as Erica,Reva,,Marlena or Victor etc.?You can pick any era for these characters and choose other actors who would have been available at that time.

I thought Beth Toussaint (Tracy,Dallas) could have been a suitable replacement for Kristian Alfonso as Hope on DOOL.

How about Ron Tomme (Bruce LOL) as a fill in for Jerry Douglas (John Y&R)?

I remember hearing rumors/wishful castings about Michael Nader as Victor Newman, and Roger Thorpe when Joan Collins was playing Alexisandra.

Sandy Dennis as Iris Cory.

Faye Dunaway as Alexandra Spaulding.

Mitch Ryan as Adam/Stuart Chandler.

Lemay and Sandy Dennis wow.

Faye would have sent Daniel Pilon or Ron Raines screaming in terror.

Faye did turn down a contract role from GL in 1967. She then filmed Bonnie & Clyde.
