I think MAB is as bad if not worse than LML was. Pushing her own creations to the forefront. Adam a prime example and I don't hate Adam its just too much. I think she might be worse because of her stunt casting.

Agreed! LML wasnt perfect but it was watchable. MAB is just god awful

I hated LML with such a passion so it's hard for me to say MAB is worse but Y&R these days is totally unwatchable.

What I can say about LML and please no one curse me is at least her show was entertaining. Sure the Gloria being front and center was totally out of control. The issue with Y&R now is its just boring. Y&R has always had a slower paced feel to it but now its got that feel with people doing the same darn things over and over

I agree with Jane! MAB is a heck a lot better! LML drove the show into hell. We had the horrible Brad and the Reliquary, Crystal Springs, NVP, who killed Carmen, Jin MIn, ugh, don't get me started.

Beyond that she & Maria/Hogan are about even.

I always struggle with just how much input, or interest, MAB even has. It seems like she just lets Hogan and Hamner do whatever they want, unless she needs to pull a spite move (like the rumor that she fired Maura West to spite Sony for interference).

The show is just so barren. It's bad enough when someone comes in and ruins a show but it's even worse when they do NOTHING. They tear everything apart and then try to glue a few pieces together and hope no one notices.

Well MAB is now the EP along with HW so does she not have creative control over this show. I mean Y&R is not like an ABC show where the EP's are merely figureheads with Frons pulling the strings. BArbara Bloom is gone. Unless its Sony. But hell look at whats happened to Days. And Sony doesn't seem to do a thing over there.

I think LML has a slight edge only because I think she could write entertaining stuff. Sure she gutted the show but so has MAB and her Y&R is dull as dirt.

So giggly heffa raided Cassandra Peterson's closet and is now walking around Genoa City like some kind of Nancy Drew? Does she fancy herself an investigative reporter now? In between her spreading her legs for every man in town?
