2004 B&B: I will never understand how the characters didn't go nearly as hard on Rick pursuing Caitlin as opposed to Amber pursuing Thomas. It's based on the whole narrative that "it's ok because Rick is a good man and Amber is a troublemaking gold digger", which hardly, because the entire time Rick was married to Amber he would blame her for things that weren't even her fault. Even when he was proved to be wrong, he walked out of it like he was giving Amber "another chance". He left Amber when she was clearly having a nervous breakdown over losing custody of Little Eric, something that was set in motion by him and Brooke.

Not sure if this is sarcasm haha, but seriously, of all the drama in Rick and Amber's marriage, I can only cop out Amber being completely at fault for:

  1. The Little Eric baby switch.
  2. Her kissing Deacon and getting matching tattoos in Vegas.

Amber can't be fully at fault nor Rick has any place to give Amber "another chance" for:

  1. Her getting hooked on pills for dealing with her physical and emotional pain over the loss of her second child.
  2. Her suspecting Erica from the beginning and being set up by Sheila.
  3. Her ex leaking a private adult video of her without her consent, and while she was underage at that.
  4. Her mental breakdown leading to her losing custody of Little Eric because of Brooke and Rick pushing the case so hard against Deacon and Macy, when Amber was willing to level with both of them.

This would be the perfect opportunity for those who have access to obtain the s13 episodes that the show's channel on YouTube skipped (or uploaded with missing audio and a variety of visual and audio glitches). I can find out the episode numbers if someone can obtain them? Thanks Angels!

Sarcasm? Um... No. I found your analysis interesting. And that's what I said. I don't even want to start my own take on Rick. That character had so many weak moments. I hated him during most of the storylines. He was so entitled and selfish. And sadly... Bradley lost interest in Amber at a certain point and he started trashing her around without logic.

The level of toxicity and hate under pretty much all of the official Bold channel's videos and posts... is really too much. At this point these people (the haters) should realize that demanding the show to upload this or that without even saying "Please" or "Thank you" may very well be counterproductive. Every time I see these types of comments... I'm reminded of the saying that some people don't deserve free stuff. Whatever the quality of writing, nobody is FORCING these people to watch. But they do... and all they can contribute under the channel's videos and posts is HATE or demands? I mean... what a spoiled entitled generation! Be thankful that THEY ARE still uploading and doing all of this for you for free. Jesus Christ... in moments like this I just say to myself - I won't be surprised if the channel wipes out everything they uploaded in couple of years. I would not upload free stuff for spoiled brats that demand me to do this or that. I have... too in the past given them constructive criticism... but I've always done it with manners and respect. I've always said 1 million thanks before asking for something or just informing them that something is damaged, missing and etc.

And btw, this is something I've experienced myself too. Couple of months ago due to requests by fans in PM I decided to upload couple of months of another soap on my youtube channel - what happened was... yes there were lots of grateful nice people... but I also started getting borderline harassed by creeps not asking me BUT TELLING me what to upload next and saying they have issues with the quality and how it should be better and etc. WE ARE TALKING about someone giving you free stuff. I WIPED OUT the whole channel couple of days later, because I said - I'm sick of this sh-t. AND they still to this day harass me with posting or responding to any comment I make with questions where are the videos. Jesus Christ.

Omg What a Beautiful Picture!  Thanks for Sharing!

Does someone know why Bell lost interest in Amber ! When I was a Little boy everyone in school liked her and I got the Impression she was a Favorite. Was I wrong about that ?

In mid 2000‘s they introduced Gabriella played Shanelle Workman! I really enjoyed her and Thomas storyline. Does someone know if she left on her own or if Bell just dropped it and her?

I liked Amber ever since they introduced her as Sheila's roommate. I wonder also what happened. Amber and Deacon had some chemistry i think. BTW I am whatchin the Lake Como episodes. Love the fashion shows that they used to do back then. And Stephanie pushing Sally in Lago di Como... lol they were so good to watch.

BTW did someone found i way to pay in Videoland i tried everything. Not working. I so hope that some Angel will come our rescue

    • I'm really liking Izaiah and Eva so far. And why can't I help but feel that something might happen to make Jessica stay in Fairmont Crest permanently?
    • So Pam didn't create her? I thought she had the whole of 87-88. I'll look around, thanks for the point in the right direction.

date: Tuesday, November 18, 2025 | Jamey Giddens, Danielle Paige | Steven Williford Samantha, accept the fact you were in the wrong and do not deserve your digital devices. Do not like it? Go upstairs. Read a book. Do some knitting. Bradley and Martin's "we get it" to Tyrell was hilarious and absolutely a parent's thing to do. Loving a bit of history of both the Duprees (via Eva) and the Hawthrones (via Izaiah). So cute. Poor June. I am sure she did not purposefully mean to mess up; we have all been there working in customer service. Shake it off and keep on keeping on! Not twice a week for Vernon's cobbler order... Sharon must be using that as payment for their meetings. I appreciate that Ted still cares about the Duprees despite the end of his marriage to Nicole. Not Dana using Peaches' crisis as a way of taking Ted's attention away from a co-worker. Girl, do not be so obvious. Bradley is a man after my own heart with a simply divine chocolate milkshake. That is the way to go. Dana really needs to dial it back. Money will not buy her everything she wants and she will realise it soon enough. And I doubt Shanice is scared off by her idle threats, either. "With all due respect, Ms Thomas, this isn't a shopping mall." Oh, Dr Wilkes just owned Dana's arrogant ass. I love it. Wigs and personas? Okay now, Shanice ate with that read. I like that June assured Bradley that she will not replace him or Martin in the twins' lives. And that blood does not make a parent. Words never rang more true. Jessica reading Samantha was amazing. Dana would want to involve Ted. Her obsession is crossing beyond dangerous boundaries. Not Dana catching Vernon leaving Sharon's room at the country club. That is not good. Not good at all! Notes: Ugh. Not another breakdown from writer2. This week was going so well. Thankfully, Paige is an outstanding scriptwriter (one of this soap's best), and her words today are excellent. The food at Orphey Gene's does look bomb, so I do not blame any of the characters for uptalking it. I would eat there daily if I could. And gain hundreds of pounds, too. David Lami Friebe (Izaiah) continues to make me sick watching him, but he is nice to listen to. I still really like having June as the central person hub at Orphey Gene's. That familiar face you see when you walk in and have scenes. Dana wanting a second opinion means we could have an incoming doctor, right...?

    • I am sure "no one cares" and it's not a big deal to some people, but this thread is full of certain posters calling out women's ages, their viability to have children at like 35, and their nail polish, but we celebrate everything Chandler Massey does and applaud any male shirtless scenes.  And then posters walk back being like it's just a joke and weren't serious lol.
    • I'm so glad she's still on the show. Seems like she may have dropped a hint about the real source of conflict between her and Dee, too.
    • I don't know how reliable the information is, but from what I've read, he joined GH in 1977, and Alan (who started airing in September 1977) was one of his creations. That should have been enough time to get the show in better shape by the January 1978 episode we saw, but then again, shifting from a 30 minute to a 60 minute format is a big transition, one that requires a lot of filler scenes like Monica having a long flashback to a scene that must have only played out a few weeks earlier.
    • I agree. She said, "I do," and then decided, "I don't." I wish Nikki Abbott had been a longer duration. I wholly prefer Nikki with Jack than I ever have with Victor, and today's episode proved that. And I never minded Ashley with Victor.
