I couldn't stand Nick's conceited attitude. I hated the way Jack Wagner shouted all his lines. The idea that we were supposed to root for Nick because he was this supposedly manly rugged sea dog unlike Ridge the "dressmaker" was so un-B&B. I hated that he stole the sibling rivalry dynamic with Ridge from Thorne. But the worst was the singing. Every few weeks we would be subjected to a cheesy montage set to his mind-numbing elevator music you might expect to hear in a Dillards in the middle 90s. I assume the musical montages were contractually obligated by JW.

I'm from Greece and I was only 6 in 1988 when B&B started. I started watching it pretty early on and the show was always called Τόλμη και Γοητεία.

Some people might have called it Caroline as in "I'm going to watch Caroline today" but that was only because she was a popular character, the show's name never changed.

Me and my husband's struggle with the absolute abyss that is 2003 continues. Every episodes feels like a drag... these 20 minutes feel like 2 hours.

It's not working on any level.

This must be some kind of catch-up show, maybe up to 93 or 94? I don't know. It's dubbed into Italian as you can hear the actors speaking in their English accents underneath during the interviews.

The channel also has a "Ciao Week end" from 1991, with Susan Flannery, John McCook, Daniel McVicar, Jeff Trachta and KKL being interviewed (in English). Trachta sings. There are also comedy sketches or recreations of scenes (?). Is that the first Thorne at 19 minutes or just someone I don't know?

The last video is a brief segment showing the people who dub B&B episodes into Italian.

If this is already widely known and available, my apologies. Still, it might be a curio for you.
