Christine's only real story of her own was some pseudo-triangle with gooey ingenue Mari Lyn and her diner-running husband Wade Coleman. Ultimately that ended with Wade/Mari Lyn still together.

Michael's role in the Eterna lies did come out. I'm not sure if Gabrielle got any heat, but she spent a lot of her time with Michael so it couldn't have been a secret.

Michael redeemed himself in Eterna when he saved Viki from some type of room which would kill you with horrible sharp pains to your ears. After this Viki wanted to give him a second chance. Michael then became a sort of "good" character for most of 1989.

This is the Halloween party which includes Michael and Gabrielle in Eterna costumes to try to get memories out of Viki. You don't get a great look in this clip but I tend to think of Michael's costume as "Wardrobe declares war on Dennis Parlato's crotch and ass."

There are about 8 clips of the Halloween episodes. This is the first.

This starts the story of Leo's claims and Viki becoming closer to Christine (before she learns Christine is her "daughter"):

This is when she confronts Leo:

This is the laughalympic moment when crazy Ursula injures Christine, which I think of as retribution for her insulting photo shoot for the homeless.

This is a little more of Larry's part in lying to Viki about her giving birth back then. Too bad no one at OLTL cared about bringing Larry back.

Renee is wearing a superhero outfit in the second clip - she's fighting for the freedoms of Cameltonia.

As much of a fan as I became of Max & Gabby after seeing the convent scenes, these scenes got me there as well. They were never happier as a couple (until they got married, of course!).

From 5:54 to the end of the above clip...of all the scenes I've seen of Max & Gabby (and I admit that there are SO MANY I have yet to see--especially their 2001 stuff!), THIS one may be my favorite one of all. The thunderstorm, the shot away from the bed, the shot of them over the bed, Max putting her finger in his mouth...just so sensual and hot. wub.png Good lord they needed something like this to close them out. In my mind, there was a ONS in Argentina following Al's death. I guarantee there was.

Proposal time! YAY! smile.png

And with that, we see JDP and FH onscreen for the last time for 11 years. They should have seriously just gone ahead with the wedding. Because it wasn't JDP in the role when they married, it's barely acknowledged at all sad.png .

That was wonderful stuff. And the scenes where Gabrielle denounces God are just chilling.
