The guy playing Asher can't act.

I've seen worse. For a model, he's a pretty decent actor. Hopefully, he'll broaden his range and improve with time.

I think he's fine with the everyday kinda stuff, the muoy dramatico stuff about his mom with Caleb was bad. My problem is that he's boring, and he + Colby is boring AND irritating. Bland and irksome is an AWFUL combination, Colbasher scenes are bathroom break time. This set-up is working a little better over at OLTL with Starr and James where the male is a little more endearingly earnest and the female is a little less of a stick-up-the-butt Desperate Housewife fifteen years too soon.

I think he's alright. I've certainly seen worse. Part of the problem, I think is the way Asher's being written it's hard for him to know what angle to go with. But I think and hope he'll improve. But yeah him and COlby don't work and have no where to go IMHO. Damon brought more out of Colby acting wise and had a more interesting dynamic, and Damon was fine as part of that threesome.
