Members CouchTomato
Toups, do you know if the WGA soap nominations are based on a certain number of episodes like the Daytime Emmys? I'm curious which episode(s?) each submitted to the WGA. They couldn't have based it on watching all soaps all year long. Thanks for any information. Members AllMyDaysatGH
IMO the noms should have been B&B, AMC, & OLTL (or DAYS, I'm torn). I have been wondering what was submitted to.
Members R Sinclair
They don't watch anything. They judge strictly by script entries. For example, each soap submits the script of an episode that was broadcast within the eligibility period. In this case, the episode had to have had a first-run broadcast between December 1, 2009 and November 30, 2010.

Members juniorz1
YAYYY, SO glad ATWT won. They SO deserved it over GH & OLTL. ATWT was actually quite good in its final year, probably the best and most consistent soap of 2010 IMO.
Members P.J.
I'm glad ATWT won too. I heard they submitted Reid's death, Reid's memorial, and the last episode. I have no doubt they read better, thanks to the scriptwriters.
