I love those earrings.

I don't feel like Dina Mergeron ever really tapped her talents. I'd love to see Belle.

I have recently learned from someone else that Peter Hobbs was ill once. The role of Peter Ames was temporarily fill by the late actor Shepherd Strudwick (who was later on Another World, One Life to Live, and Love of Life).

Thats Wayne Tippet as Jerry.judging by the mention of Nancy and Kate Lodge appearing,it would seem to be 61/62

I have this episode in my collection. The original broadcast date was Thursday, April 20, 1961. Polly Childs, who played Kate Lodge, had only been with the program about a month. Of course, Kate eventually married Jerry.

Thanks. I had no idea, watching this, that Polly Childs was a beauty queen. They made her look like the awkward girl next door. I guess that was part of the plan for her character, so we wouldn't see her scheming nature?

I liked the woman who played the waitress Susan's husband was seeing.

Skip Curtis is Dr. Rudy Wells! I thought the photo looked familiar. Thank you for this, CarlD. I had never heard of Skip Curtis. TV Radio Mirror is to be commended for their documentation of the serials. Few publications bothered to mention soaps in those days, but RTM appeared to treat the soaps quite well.
