Is Dena back to writing Days

The one major thing that I hate about your story Kenny is Stefano killing Abe like that. Never, in a million years, would that happen, especially in a room full of people.

Kenny, didn't you also mention on this board that there was a cliffhanger on Dena's Days(in 2003) where someone just walked to the bathroom after a conversation in bed? I still think about that when I think of Higley.

Kenny, your story ideas are the business! Makes me miss DAYS post-2000 ^_^

However, that's the last time I open a spoiler tag. That was the devil.

I'm surprised that Tomlin didn't fire Higley when he brought in his own people (ie Whitesell) to write. From what I had understood Higley's been a HW in name only since last summer but it does seem with the recent talk that's not the case anymore. Corday might need an extra chapter in his tell all book that's coming out next month,

For a while I thought the same but after reading the recent interview with Higely I think it's like this: She comes up with storyline ideas, she runs them with Tomlin, some are shot down, others are given the okay, then Whitesell and the rest of the team writes it.

^If that's the whole set up, having Tomlin as some warden of Higley's to keep her from getting out of control, then it's clearly not working. They need someone who won't seemingly humor Higley and go along with her whimsical sense of storytelling(and reality).

I will never understand why Corday has seemingly given Higley more chances than some of the other folks he's hired, most notably Cwikly and Brash.

This year we have atleast four strong stories going on. Yes, I do think that Rafe/Calliope/Anna nevending talk was huge waste of time and I totally lost interest in EJ/Sami. But NT Hope, Baker and Nicol trio are fun, Chloe is good as crazy bitch and I´m always happy to see Mel and Steph in catfight. Plus we have some nice hints at Maggie, Victor, Vivian triangle and Kate, Stefano old secret which we know nothing about yet but apparently it´s big and could be devastating. I quess the show did a mistake when everything started to build at once so all the stories are just in their initial phases (so it seems nothing big is going on) but the babyswitch seemed as quite simple at first too.

The problem is that none of them are strong.

Under normal circumstances, I would agree with that. People can be pushed to do crazy things when they're filled with rage and grief though.

Either way, it wouldn't necessarily have to happen like that. That was just a general guideline -- an example of the kind of story I would like to see play out on the show. Anything beats the non-stories that are currently floundering.

If that happened, I completely blocked it from my memory, LoL.

Anybody remember "The Mystery of the Goop?" Oy...

I still to this day don't understand why Cwikly and Brash were let go so quickly. DAYS was very compelling and fast-paced during their stint.

Ick, there's more...

Ciara looks for her 'treasures' and finds her mother embracing Dr. Baker.
