That's just crackalacky. I'm not a big fan of Glee. As a fan of Broadway, it helps me get my musical fix but any show that feels the need to autotune Lea Michelle and/or Jonathan Groff immediately makes me suspicious. But to compare Glee to Starr X'd Lovers is like comparing Godiva chocolate to Tootsie Rolls and to say OLTL is better is just embarrassing.

Agreed to every single thing you say (even the fact that I largely watch, despite my many probs with the show, to get my musical fix. I've read that autotune is os overused because they have so little time to work on the songs--which seems a lame excuse to me, but...). But yes, Nelson is crazy and when he says things like this it just invalidates anything else he might say all the more--it's fine to say "I'm surprise but I'm actually loving the musical" or whatever--that's his opinion but to make ridiculous statements about how it's so much less contrived than Glee, etc...

He does seem to be somewhat getting over his hatred of all things AMC, but I'm not trusting it. :P
