YAY for good ratings!!

It was suppose to air Fridays at 9 starting in October but ABC changed their minds since My Generation & The Whole Truth flopped. The airdate hasnt been announced but I have a feeling it wont air until March Tuesdays at 10. Detroit 187 only got 5 additional episodes so I see it airing when thats over.

I just read that they had to delay shooting the pilot because of Dana Daleny's car accident. She was hit by a bus and broke a few fingers.

I kinda liked it. Love Dana Delany! It opened BIG. Heres an ABC press release:

In the 10 o'clock hour against established first-run dramas on CBS ("The Good Wife") and NBC ("Parenthood"), ABC's series debut of "Body of Proof" opened a definitive No. 1 in its time period. Taking full control of the hour, ABC's "Body of Proof" beat out second-place CBS' "The Good Wife" by 39% in Total Viewers (13.9 million vs. 10.0 million) and by a massive 58% in Adults 18-49 (3.0/8 vs. 1.9/5).

* Generating enormous time-period improvement, "Body of Proof" delivered ABC's best results in the slot with a regular hour-long program in 6 years among Total Viewers, and in 3 years among Adults 18-49 - since 3/1/05 and 3/25/08, respectively. Versus ABC's averages with regular programming in the hour this season, "Body of Proof" improved the time slot by 117% in Total Viewers and by 114% in Adults 18-49.

* ABC's "Body of Proof" qualified as TV's 2nd-most-watched series debut of the 2010-11 season, behind only the September premiere of CBS' high-profile reboot of "Hawaii Five-0." In addition, it was ABC's most-watched midseason drama debut in 4 years and its top-rated among Adults 18-49 in 2 years - since 3/15/07 and 3/9/09, respectively.

I'm glad it did well. The Good Wife was a rerun but it did hit a new low in 18-49. BOP helped ABC win the night which usually goes to CBS.

Another great episode! Im really enjoying this show.

Will ep 2 hold the huge ratings or be a 1 hit wonder?

Still solid and it won its timeslot again. Hopefully it stabilizes here and the show sees a 2nd season.

I'm still loving the show and was very happy to see TP on the show tonight. I hope they have Jeri Ryan's Kate Murphy in the lab working with Megan Hunt more often. I liked their short little lab scene.

My husband called Windell Middlebrooks who plays Dr Curtis Brumfield, "that beer guy." Am I to take from that he was in a beer commercial or something?

I really enjoy this show but the two cops are miscasted. They really should have another guy on as a cop that has Chem with Megan, not just the obvious guy that's on already.
