January 3, 200620 yr Member Is it true that Christel Khalil wasn't African-American? I thought I had read somewhere that she wasn't. If she was not, this wouldn't be the first time Y&R hired a non-Black actress to play a Black role. Remember the recast for Keisha years ago? She was the original Dinah Marler on Y&R. Yeah and i hope my comment wasnt taken out of contex i wasnt trying to be racist. I just ment that i would like Lily to be strong and Assertive like her mother and not passive. She needs to be a hell raiser

I think she's half Arabic & Black just like Victoria Powell & Shemar are half white.
January 3, 200620 yr Member Rayen-Symone? You really think it's possible? LoL I couldn't see her as Lily. That was a name bandied about early on. No way in hell would I want to see her playing Lily. But it would be interesting: Olivia and Little Richie together in Genoa City. They'll dance, lip-synch and do the moonwalk together as adults. LOL.
January 3, 200620 yr Member if it were to be raven this wouldnt be the first time victoria rowell played her mother. b/c on the cosby show she was paula the biological mother of olivia
January 3, 200620 yr Member I really don't think Raven-Symone is playing NuLily. That's So Raven is the Disney Channel's most watched program, and I can't see Y&R paying Raven more than the Disney Channel is. She's getting more $$ and publicity right where she is. Isn't Raven worth a small fortune?
January 3, 200620 yr Member If they are only bring back Lily to do more Lily/Daniel and have her whine and gripe just like she was before she left, than I say NO THANKS! Fix the problems already that exisit on the show (and there are alot of them) before bringing on more problems.
