The most intense story this April may be the one involving Todd, Starr, and Cole. That "peace" Todd and Cole have had between them for the last few months is going the way of the typewriter and fading into oblivion. It all starts when Todd -- who never met a conclusion he didn't love to jump to -- sees something that creates a poopstorm of drama. Of course, anything involving Todd and Cole is going to throw Marty (and thus John, and thus Natalie) into the mix. Look for a tragic event to change up everything. It will have Todd and Cole at odds worse than you've ever seen before. Starr and Cole survived a war like this once -- barely ... but will Starr have to make a choice between her boyfriend and her dad?

Why do they even keep Marty around? I can't believe this character still exists only to be in story after story that tell us how Todd suffers.

The simple fact that it's a moral dilemma for Starr to choose between A, her boyfriend, who has made mistakes and who has made wrong turns, but in the end, has cleaned himself up and devoted his time and energy to making a good life for her and their child and B, her father, who regularly commits attempted murder, including once on her and her unborn child, who, when born, was stolen BY said father, who also attempted to murder the boyfriend and raped his mother twice...
