Because Mac wasn't needed this year in Billy storyline. She could have came back after Chloe & Billy got establish as a couple. Mac is needed in a storyline this year but not Billy storyline. Maybe this has been discussed but I work with teenagers. None of them would get too worked up over watching anything involving art or any other humanities during the summer. Then when the good girls start cheating, or hitting the skids, there's supposed to be more of an element of sexiness, I guess. I'd like to see Billy become impotent, at least for a while, no Viagra either, I'd like to see him have to actually deal with what he is as a person, and see the show set up a more consistent character for him. That's his manhood. Billy is the type of guy who would continue dipping his wick even if he had a venereal disease.
