I know it wasn't supposed to be funny, but that last scene with Bree as Bess made me LMAO.

Not to put too fine a point on it, but:

Powell returned as a result of what Todd did to amnesiac Marty. His motivation seems pretty clear and understandable to me.

As a result of his return, Marty regained her memories and the truth about Chloe/Hope was revealed. In addition, a new dynamic was founded among Blair, Todd and Tea. Marty and John were driven closer together, as were Cole and Starr. All of these things were to some degree a function of Powell's murder spree. That hardly seems pointless. Perhaps you didn't like it? But "pointless," I don't see that.

The pointless part is having him back 10 episodes to kill him. I'd have much preferred he were wounded like Zach and just back in jail with the potential of coming back again.

I think I caught every episode with Powell in them this go round but I may have missed one, did anyone ever mention that he became a serial rapist? Because from everything I saw, they made it seem like he raped Marty and then was sent off...I also would've liked when Marty got her memories back she reminded Powell of how she saved him from killing himself...

I dunno I just think certain beats should've been played that weren't.

There was a script released about 2 weeks ago indicating a wedding ceremony is taking place with a Justice of the Peace. The JoP said the couple made a "private commitment" towards one another already, and are wanting to share this event with friends and family. Speculation is this could be Jared and Natalie's second wedding, but I refuse to get my hopes up. I suppose in some way it could end up being Clint and Nora's wedding since they are engaged, or maybe even John and Blair's ceremony (though that doesn't really add up either). Regardless, This ceremony should air in July.
