"I'll never even have to deal with Billy." LOL.

In soap opera heaven, it's totally Billy's.

I would watch that and wish it were on HBO (and yes, I'm a straight female) :P

Too funny. I'm with ya on the HBO as well, girl!:lol::lol:

Gloria leaving her son's welcome home party to scheme for money. Not a surprise.

God, I join the bandwagon hating her, now. She was pathetic to me before. Now she's gross.

Me too! Gloria's a fuckin bitch! :D

And with her gone, the only memory of the LML years would stay in Cane, "Colleen" and Jeff.

You mean you're not enjoying "Colleen's" "BIG" storyline? ;)

But Y&R has characters who can scheme and plot and add a comedy element and pull it off much better.

Hell, even Amber.

[Ma Barker Gloria and her boys] are just not needed, add nothing, and there are too many now.

So. Much. Word.

Besides, I like it best when a soap has one major schemer you can set your (love-to-)hates upon. Like AMC's Erica Kane, back in the day. Not that every other character should be squeaky-clean by comparison, but when there's a glut of scheming, villainous types on any show, it tends to make all the skulduggery that much less compelling.

For now, Y&R has Jack, Jill, Phyllis, and Chloe. IMO, they really don't need Gloria, Michael (although, it wouldn't hurt to keep him around in a Mitchell Sherman-esque capacity), Kevin, Jeff, Adam, and Amber, too.

Oh crap. I don't have a warm fuzzy after that scene with Adam and Rafe. Adam needs to quit sneaking around and listening in on people's conversations! Ignorance is bliss as they say....

Miller is so adorable. I loved his little "hmmm" sigh when he was talking to Sharon.

I like Gloria, but if she goes to jail for a bit I'm ok with that.

She's already been in jail for a couple months, this time she needs to go to prison for an extended stay. Maybe someone can off her while she's in there too.

I agree, but we don't need a whole family of criminal schemers - that's way too much for one family. That whole family is unrootable, thus unwatchable.

Listen, I would be okay with them if they had one person in the family who is [A] empathetic, but who could stand up to their shenanigans and say, "Don't any of you have any morals?!". Eden comes closest, but damn, she's so annoying.

I would probably like them more if they didn't act like they're the ones being wronged, when they're the ones doing stupid, illegal crap. Yet they act holier than thou and as if they're entitled to everything, regardless if it's against the law or not.

I wouldn't mind seeing Gloria tortured slowly before she's killed, wrong of me I know, but I just don't like or see her point on this show.

As someone else mentioned before, and I don't condone domestic violence, but I can see why Tom Fisher beat her ass and felt no remorse afterwards.

Gloria's a fuckin bitch! :D

Amen!

Just wait a year or two---she'll have her criminal record soon. You can't be a member of that family and not have a few crimes in your past. They will probably throw her out of their apartment and tell her to come back after she robs/kills someone.

For real! Those two were playing well off each other. I see some sibling rivalry sparks there. Of course, there aren't alot of people that Billy Miller doesn't have chemistry with - Mac being the notable exception. Nice to see him talking to John.

It was a good touch. John/ Billy's conscience didn't pervade the entire episode.

Wow, this episode is flying by. Nick at the manse then Restless Style. Billy at the Abbot office then the Athletic Club, etc.

"You can't have two things. You have to choose one." Then, Sharon walks in. LMAO.

Jack can't provide Billy guidance. Damn right!!!

I love this John.

[Kevin] should be a darker character.

Oh, no. We've seen Kevin as a darker character. If he wasn't giving STD's to underaged girls he met on the Internet, he was battling chipmunks for total supremacy. That's more than enough "dark Kevin" for me.

Hell, maybe he should be gay and hook up with Adam.

I've gone blind. I have literally gone blind.

;)

mmmmm hmmmm!

Oh CRAP AGAIN! Now that scene with Adam and Victor really has me pissin my pants. <_<<_<

Estella is very sympathetic in her scenes with Ashley, and it really makes Ashley come off as the bitch. I wonder if that's their intent?
