The sexual tension between them was already fairly evident even before people found out about the kiss. Bianca had those same concerns already, and Kendall would have quickly picked up on them. Erica told them about her doubts, but she still tried to support Reese up to the time of the makeout session.

The way she behaved towards her parents and ex-fiance when they visited her. The way she shut Bianca down every time Bianca had doubts about their relationship (in very passive-aggressive ways, like making sure Bianca would know she was going to leave town, so Bianca could stop her). Most recently, making sure Adam knew that Kendall had been the one driving the night Greenlee went over a cliff.

She didnt make sure Adam knew. She was drunk and drugged. They made a point of showing her take the drugged drink meant for Krystal at the party. Thats the reason for her loose lips and openness. IA with R. Sinclair in that we havent seen Reese give as good as she gets yet. She is constantly trashed by the characters in town and its about time she stood up for herself more and ripped them all apart. Id love to see start acting like a bitch when they verbally attack bc so far she's been too passive. I think its her guilt thats been holding her back and taking all the crap thrown at her, but she shouldnt have to

I guess you didn't see the parts leading up to the makeout session. You know, the scene where Erica blamed Reese for she and Bianca going back to Paris, and then when Kendall ripped into Reese at their wedding rehearsal dinner and Erica patted her on the back with her smug ass attitude.

She didn't "make sure" Bianca knew she was leaving town so Bianca could stop her. She was packing and decided on her own to stay and fight for Bianca. Bianca went to stop her after Reese had already changed her mind about leaving.

And Cheap's right on the money -- she didn't make sure Adam knew. It helps when we watch the things that actually transpire.

I thought Erica patted her on the back privately. If she'd been as against Reese as she's been against some of her kids' love interests she'd have been the one making the speech. I didn't mean to make it sound like Erica was totally on her side, but I think Erica did try. She was harsh to Reese sometimes, other times she tried to be supportive.

Sorry, I didn't see the drugging part of the episode, just some of the main scene with Adam, that was my mistake, I should have watched it more closely. The writing for her story is so terrible I don't pay enough attention, but that's my fault.

All the scenes with leaving and Bianca felt like game-playing to me. Bianca had to feel guilty for suspicions which turned out to be correct, then Reese stays, both of them knowing she was right and Bianca was wrong. If she had wanted to go she would have just gone. Instead it became some big noble gesture on her part.

I don't think that's a good excuse for Reese doing what she did. Reese could have reacted to that in ways that did no involve infidelity and hurting her fiance.

I wouldn't say Reese gives as good as she gets but I agree that she can be manipulative in a passive-agressive way. Like when she almost said that she wished Kendall had never woken up from the coma and manged to turn things around and make herself into the victim. She has an unattractive tendency to blame others and play the victim.

I agree. I'm surprised Erica has put up Zach's attitude. But maybe its not that surprising as Pratt seems to prefer women without spines.

I definately got the impression she was going to say that. Especially with the way she tried to defend herself after Bianca called her out on it by turning things around on her and avoiding telling her what she was gonna say.

    • In the current environment, while it's small, there is a crumb of good news: Apparently, San Antonio voted for a DEMOCRATIC mayor, Gina Ortiz, beating the "right-hand man" of Gov. Greg Abbott, former Texas Secretary of State Rolando Pablos. https://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/5337199-gina-ortiz-jones-wins-san-antonio/
    • Love this! You are both adorable. Wow
    • I have not gone back to watch much of 1987, but from what I've seen lately, it doesn't feel like the writers or producers had any sort of plan. The show feels as if it's constantly in flux.  I will give it credit for this. It's watchable for the most part minus Lisa/Jamie which I find nearly unwatchable now.   I don't find Cheryl mousy. I think she has a lot of quiet strength, but she was saddled with the Scott romance which the writers did not invest in. She had a good friendship with Julie (also criminally underused), and her interactions with Ada were enjoyable as well. I also like Layman, but Spencer was extremely talented and when Cass returns, Schnetzer and Spencer have some wonderful scenes. Spencer also fits in with Alexander, Hogan, and Marie.  I'd forgotten just how much I missed seeing Wallingford. IT was so good to see him again. Even when they didn't have a major plot, Felicia/Cass/Wallingford/Mitch always brings a smile to my face.
    •   Dani’s cute ass party planner. He gave me some tea but I was so drunk I don’t remember it.
    • NBC must have been grateful to have LHOTP, it's only hit and still strong after several seasons. Their next established show was Rockford Files at 45th. They didn't develop any comedies and relied on movies and mini series  which didnt establish viewer loyalty and habits. Their only new hit was mid season's Project UFO which debuted Feb up against Rhoda/On Our Own on CBS and How the West Was Won on ABC. It opened with a strong 36 share beating CBS and close to ABC as HTWWW had a 36 share over 3 hours. The next week UFO saw a respectable 32 share, then a 31 so it was slipping. A 28 share followed but a few weeks later it jumped back up to a 34. So no blockbuster but compared to what else they had, there was potential, So next season NBC sent it to Thursday up against Mork and The Waltons and it bombed.  They were smart to see potential in Chips, which took off on Saturdaysnext season. ABC was on a roll with Love Boat, 3's Company, Taxi, Eight is Enough adding to their hits. Their only real flops were Redd Foxx and San Pedro Beach Bums, an Aaron Spelling misfire. Like Redd Foxx, Harvey Korman was lured to ABC but his series was a filler that did well but was considered a time slot hit. Nancy Walker and Rob Reiner were also given series on the philosophy that not only were they popular names, their absence from popular shows like Sanford, Rhoda and All in the Family might weaken those shows. CBS were relying on old favorites. Betty White was strong the first few weeks then faded. Incredible Hulk was their strongest newbie. It was lucky for CBS that NBC was doing so badly or else some of their weaker shows would have really suffered.
    • That outfit looks like something Martin would wear lol.
    • Omg not we both ran into people from the show this weekend!
    • I guess he was let out the gates, because he's outside.
    • Yup.  You can hate John all you want, but like seriously he was the cornerstone of the show for years.  So he should get a long ass funeral and burial and all the things because Drake and John deserve that.
