Also, I liked Morris. Sorry. That cracked me up, it was so off the wall.

I liked that they had Dorian confess that she still love David. This story is somewhat like Dorian's seduction of Joey. Dorian is using David to get back at the Buchanans, however she's managed to fall in love with David all over again, something I bet she didn't plan on doing. I wish they would focus on that instead all these theatrics. I was glad not to hear "Namesta(sp?)" up until the 45 minute mark (I checked) in yesterday's show. I wonder if Page is rebelling against the "Namesta" mandate RC has obviously put into place.

It's not just David's inheritance Dorian wants, it's BE, which Nora blackmailed her into giving up. However yes when you get down to the bottom of it, Dorian is still bitter about the Clint/Nora thing back in 2007.

I think even story wise, RC's intentions are good. However yet again, they're playing out horribly on screen.

Onto today's show...

WTF is up the beaver talking to Roxy today?

I find myself a bit disconnected in the show's attempt to build up to the Go Red Ball bc it's practically has had no build up what so ever. We were told that it was going to occurr Friday, which in Llanview time was the night before the ball.

I hope you're referring to Morris the stuffed porcupine, and not the human character Beaver Calhoun whom she was also talking to.

Why do Bo and Nora refuse to consider the possibility that Cole (whose entire life has fallen apart and who has a history of drug abuse) is the one taking drugs? This storyline makes them both look so unbelievably stupid.

Starr seems to cry and whine more than every other woman in the cast combined now.

At least they're using Roxy more often.

OK, all those awful teen actors need to be fired and banned from acting ever again!

LOL at Roxie talking to the stuffed porcupine and saying repression instead of recession.

Okay, here comes a pointless bitch session-

WOW. Just WOW.

The Go Red Ball looks like S+IT!!!!! This is like something off of GH and 10 times smaller and 20 times tackier.

This set used to be HUGE, I think it originated as a ballroom on a cruiseship during the JFP era- It was quite a beautiful set. They have used it since during big events.

Well this time, they have somehow turned it into an 8 by 10 box. And the gold streamers strewn everywhere made it look absolutely tacky.

I generally find OLTL pretty good looking for an ABC soap, but this ball doesn't even look like a ball. It looks like a tacky birthday party.

And the upcoming "events" at the ball are non events because they are all predictable as hell.

And also, as a gay dude, please forgive me, but this "Fish" guy is as gay as a goose. He sets my gaydar ablaze!! Why is he using poor Tika as a beard? I hope they don't give this guy a contract because he is 100% unbelievable as digging ladies.

This show SUCKS again.

Todd and Tea are more enjoyable playing Monopoly.

Sorry. I will try to post something positive within 7 days. :)

Anyone else think that when Mo had Dorian sign the ironclad contract from HIS attorney, it was a sign that David will end up NOT being a buchanan and Dorian will be dead broke? LMBO! I think she has it coming. It would be nice to find out she does love David, even with no money, and for him to turn out to have a stash of his own.

I have a feeling when things fall apart, Dorian will get it all back. Honest Mo and Noelle will choose love over a lifetime of riches... nice, but MY EYE, LOL!

Maybe he's just not good at hiding it. He's gay in real life. Scott Evans(brother of Chris).

Even if he's gay as a goose, he still has more chemistry with Tika than David Fumero or Michael Easton have had with just about all of their leading ladies.

Interesting, look at this.....

All these characters had either zero, one, or two lines today...

Antonio, Talia, Layla, Marcie, Michael, Cristian, and Vanessa.

Well Michael Easton and David Fumero are basically walking corpses, so they are the worst two to use as comparisons.

This guy is charming and an okay actor, I just don't buy him as a straight guy. I feel the same way about Rex to a lesser extent.

Interesting because one is leaving, and another 4-5 will all be gone by summer.

They're supposed to be two of OLTL's hunks.

I also haven't seen any chemistry between JPL and his love interests, or to be frank, many of today's leading men. I don't say that because of Fish, just because your post made me realize how many of the show's leading men struggle for chemistry. I would say the exceptions are Tuc Watkins (who is only part time), Trevor St. John (which is a problem since Todd has become so horrible I don't even want to see him in a romance for a long time), and possibly Mark Lawson and the guy who plays Jared.

I actually liked today's episode, a lot more than I did yesterday's. I thought the episode was well directed by Jill Mitwell. I do notice that the ballroom set is shrinking in size, but I've always thought that when it came to OLTL and decor they've been oil and water ever since the JFP era.
