That clip has completely set the leftists off. I love it. They want to see her defeated and sad. The timing is perfect given those hands-off protests tomorrow because a lot of us will be at home saying "we told you so."

I'm seriously considering deleting my Facebook account. After the recent changes in their policy regulations, now they openly allow all kinds of discrimination and harassment based on sexual orientation, gender and etc... I just don't feel okay being in that platform. Not that I ever felt safe there... but recently... even basic pop music posts are full of homophobic comments. You can't even like a photo of Lady Gaga without seeing them. You can't escape them. They are everywhere.

I'm so sad that in 2025 people can get away with writing comments like this. I open some of these profiles that call men like me and my husband... all kinds of names... and I see - mothers... teachers... people who you meet at the supermarket at the counter... all kinds of normal looking people who are unleashing their homophobia and hatred with all the freedom you can imagine.

It gets to a point I ask myself why am I part of a platform that doesn't delete all these comments. Any time I report any disgusting homophobic comment I get a response that they haven't violated any rules. Every single time.

Well... OK... Then this is just... Goodbye for me. I'll download the history and the pictures... just for the sake of preserving my memories and that's it.

https://edition.cnn.com/2025/04/04/economy/recession-trump-tariffs-intl/index.html

Deep economic downturns are typically marked by mass job losses, bankruptcies and foreclosures — very much the opposite of Trump’s stated ambition to “Make America Wealthy Again” through his tariff plan.

To the people who VOTED FOR THIS - Say Hello to your new recession. Thanks for doing this to all of us who wanted to actually save your ass. Remind me to never forgive you.

atrupar is out there every day posting on bluesky and twitter the play-by-play of everything political.  Live-tweeting events so we don't have to watch them.
I'm often grateful. yet at the same time often wondering if he takes breaks, so that he doesn't collapse.

I was happy to see this today -- it's a simple thing, but important.

I took my 2 year old son to an MLB game today for some quality dad time and he absolutely had a blast. In fact, he was sad when the game ended because he wanted to stay at the ballpark. It was a good reminder that there’s still a lot of joy in life.

What an absolutely incredible sight in New York City today.

I asked the one high ranking policeman I saw on 5th Ave why there were so few police. He said “We did not expect anything like this. Don’t tell anyone but I’ve only got 44 officers out here — and it’s a great crowd, great event, no incidents.”

I am glad so many came out. There is always a sneering from leftists about these protests, as many of them hate women and love Trump, but they are key to any future - whatever we have left of it.

Tim Walz and other Democrats are using Kamala's comment to "well actually" and relitigate more reminders of how awful a campaign the party ran. They can say this all they want, but even if it wasn't a great campaign (and I'd agree it wasn't - although it was decent, especially given the time constraints and baggage), the voting public was not waiting for some bullet points, either from the James Carville peak early '90s era or from the socialist buzzword era of Bernie and the grifters. Most of the public voted for hate and bigotry and death. They love it. Even now many are cheering these tariffs, blatantly saying it's because they want people they hate (anyone who isn't a rich white straight man) to die. No amount of going on Joe Rogan will change those views.

The clown has claimed that there is no inflation and that all the prices are down.

I really didn't expect to laugh so much today. It's a hysterical kind of laugh...

And you know what... There are people who will believe and buy this even while they can't afford to buy basic groceries. These people are a special kind of... I don't know what the word is.

Just yesterday talking with an 80 year old neighbor here in CA but born in PA. She was married & divorced twice decades ago. She’s worrying how she’s going to obtain all the docs she will need if this BS becomes law.

Maine's 4 Wabanaki tribal lands are located in Jared Golden's district. Because Tribal ID doesn't include place of birth, members will have to pay for documents to prove they live where their ancestors have lived for more than 12,000 years. #MEpolitics narf.org/save-act-hur...

Nothing important perhaps in the grand scheme of things, but still an indication of how these people lie, cheat and commit fraud with such frightening ease.
