Who do you think the two couples getting married are? Plus AM said at SSW that Kendall doesn't find out about the baby right away either. EWWWWWW I could see Ryan/Greenlee and Zendall in a double ceremony and of course that's when the truth about Garielle will come out. Maybe Taylor/Brot or Jake and Randi/Frankie. As for a reason, Adam will probably manipulate her into it in some way.... perhaps the whole giving blood thing. Adam will definitely have an alterior motive, and I would love it!
