Nooooo, way too depressing.

I prefer my cruise idea. And it would be a nice shoutout to the actress in my eyes. Besides, can you just imagine the absolute horror of Ridge and Eric and many of the others? It would be awesome.

And if she had a romance I wouldn't mind her dying either, in the arms of the person who loves her. And no, Eric does NOT cut it. Neither does Massimo. Hence new romance. Hence gay romance to make it clear that this is different from any other love she has had before.

First of all I think it should be Flannery's decision, Stephanie Forrester is HER creation, she IS her, she should decide.

But here are three options:

1-Stephanie, alone, sad and just 'done' with life gets a call from Sally and heads off on an adventure, happy and free of her commitments to her family. Instead of being possessive of others Stephanie finally possesses herself and leaves without any baggage. She discovers that LA is no longer home, she doesn't care anymore. She's had it and she's moving on! Then, as she's leaving, she burns down the Forrester mansion, with the satisfaction that neither Brooke or Donna or Jackie will ever have the satisfaction of living there. The scene would sort of be a black comedy, Stephanie would burn the house down, delighted in her freedom.

2-Stephanie gets into her final showdown with Brooke and has a heart attack while attempting to strangle Brooke to death. Stephanie's death would send ripples throughout the show as everyone turns on Brooke, giving Stephanie the victory she so longed for in life, only achieving it in death.

3-Stephanie would be alone in the Forrester mansion while the rest of the family was at a big event of some kind (perhaps a fashion show or another Logan wedding) and the entire episode would be just Flannery in a monologue (perhaps looking into a mirror) as Stephanie recounts where she is, how she got there and where she's going. The episode would be a complete run through of Stephanie's run on the show and would end with Stephanie either walking out the door to places unknown, killing herself, simply dying naturally or gleefully burning the mansion to the ground.

    • 6-3   I almost let my system just delete the episode just like with B&B. I am now questioning if I should have. lol.   I just can't believe that Cole sat there and started to get sick and then only Victoria off and ran off and everyone basically went back to what they were doing at Nikki's birthday party. Cole was too much of a vet character for that. And now story back off-screen.   I did chuckle at how much Victor pay Kyle dust. And now Kyle with this deal and a promise to leave town if he hurts Claire. smh. As if Victor isn't going to make that happen.   It was lovely to see Ashley. And actually (misdressed and all) Abby.    And I liked Claire's dress.
    • Oh. That. I pretend that never happened.

I did think of another possibility. Did India ever sleep with Alan? They kind of toyed with pairing them up, but I'm not sure they ever became lovers.
    • While I do love the chaotic energy that is Kat vs Lesile, it is a bit extra. Sheltered, virginal Kat who plays it safe from her man to her wardrobe understands that Leslie is dangerous, but she's out here showing up everywhere and anywhere that Lesile is to be found and actively going to places where she is alone? I mean Kat doesn't even act a little afraid or intimidated by Leslie. Meanwhile, big Ole Derek out here begging for his and Ashley's life to Jacob.  As for Dani, I didn't see it that way. Dani and Bill were together for 30 years and shared a family. I believe there was real love there at one point. Bill is still an ass and Dani is still crazy, but realizing she may lose him and her daughter's may lose their dad definitely struck a chord.
    • Funny I randomly saw Kami’s lengthy post about the 44th anniversary of the Walton’s finale last week pop up in my news feed on Facebook. A few inaccuracies to her post but overall it was pretty insightful and interesting to read.
    • Well, depending on rewrites...Jennifer Richards potentially slept with Brandon and Alan. It does feel like we're forgetting someone, but then again, maybe I'm confusing that with brothers, which would include a lot more.
    • Maybe it’s me, and the fact that RC isn’t at the helm, but since Cwikly and Ford have taken over I’ve noticed the show doing a lot of things differently directing wise, and since the storyline of John’s demise began, the show has been using different scores, and dare I say better ones than this time last year. It’s interesting and I wonder if the any of it is Noel Maxam’s influence before being promoted.
    • I think Nicole is about to figure out what's going on between Andre and Dani.
    • @Efulton thank you. I don't know how I missed it or didn't recall it.  I'll blame amnesia . Anyway @Errol Could the newer thread be merged to the existing? Thanks in advance.
    • I just finished watching and I have to admit, not once did I find myself wondering who wasn't there. Quick question for anyone who followed this better than I did: was it only Andrew who rescued Cat and John from Clyde, or was Shane involved too? The reactions during their scenes today felt a little off to me. I know it was meant to be vague, but I didn't find it strange that they already knew each other.
    • Yeah, financially, Luna is in better shape than Deacon and Sheila.   -- Scott Clifton must have decided to chew the scenery in every scene of this "Liam is Dying" storyline. Yikes.
