July 10, 200817 yr Member A little tiny jump for OLTL would be much appreciated... and a little (see: big) fall for GH. Y&R has been getting better slowly, but I guess it's too much for me to expect at least one day to reach 3.7. Hopefully that will happen during August... or not.

July 10, 200817 yr Member ^^ Dayum. Are those for real? And is that the whole of the US or are we counting Mexico, too? Because those are some *awesome* ratings.

July 10, 200817 yr Member WOW! I hope All the soaps will go up because Daytime does not need anymore drops.
July 10, 200817 yr Member dont those spanish ones air in evening/primetime? Some air at 11am to 1 pm./ But the majority of the telenovelas start airing in primetime, beginning at 7pm thru 11pm. They are huge, and like here in Miami, they always win over the prime time programming in ENglish.
July 10, 200817 yr Member My predictions for the week of June 30-July 4 and it will not help the ABC soaps for pre-empting new episodes on 4th holiday and Wimbeldon tennis pre-emptions for DAYS: HH 1. Y&R 3.6 (same) 2. B&B 2.5 (+.1) 3. GH 2.0 (-.1) 4. OLTL 2.0 (same) 4. ATWT 2.0 (+.1) 6. AMC 1.8 (-.1) 6. DAYS 1.8 (-.1) 8. GL 1.6 (+.1)
July 10, 200817 yr Member I'd like Y&R to go up. I think it has been consistent and is working to transition away from Lynn Marie Troll's CBS-sanctioned mess. OLTL and Days should also go up, IMO. GH, however, is awful. It needs to fall for TPTB to get the message.
July 10, 200817 yr Member And those telenovela numbers are the kind of ratings soaps used to get in 1968! And proof, I think, that the daily serial genre is not dead. It's just in the wrong time-slot and needs to be nurtured with a more caring hand.
