Blackie Parrish (John Stamos's role) on GH. He went to prison in the 80's and was never seen on the show again. OLTL sent Gabrielle Medina to prison for years before she returned to the show. Not long after she came back, she was killed off by a serial killer. :(

On 'Another World' Iris Cory got 14 years for attempting to murder Carl Hutchins(which she was actually set up for, but she still pulled the trigger). That storyline was in 1994 so I guess she'd be getting released right about now if AW was still on!

On Y&R Mari Jo Mason was convicted in 1996 of trying to kill Victor and for framing Jill...she's been in the state psych ward ever since.

Poor Blackie. He never even committed the crime (Lou's death) but he felt so guilty about it he took the blame.

GL's Billy Lewis spent years in prison for attempting to kill Roger Thorpe.

OLTL's Carlo Hesser. He was still in prison when Cristian came back to the show.

    • Poor Philip. I appreciate how seriously his and Xander’s scenes were taken though. It felt like real drama and not like a big joke. You could actually feel Xander’s pain and anger. It adds another dynamic to the Kiriakis family storylines and I’m looking forward to the effects that this is going to have across the canvas. I can see them weaving Kate and Roman into this storyline as well. And it would be really nice if this somehow helped cause conflict for Stephanie/Alex too, especially because of what Alex did today. With any luck, Stephanie will be furious about it.  And I’m glad that Sarah has Maggie to confide in about her secret. I also liked seeing Steve and Shawn (and their matching jackets

    • TBF, I don't think we've seen her interact enough with the "have-nots" to know if she is or isn't. It's possible, but I don't think you can say that from her interactions with Eva and Silkpress.
    • You're right - though I did confuse his name with an actual actor who was on Dynasty.

    • "Might" is not "is". And I was talking about the specific case about her attitude to Eva.
    • But she can still be a priveliged elitist. She might have the same attitude to anyone from 'the wrong side of the tracks' whether they had an agenda or not. Nicole seems to be an outlier in her family. Her parents, kids and sister seem to think themselves above reproach.
    • Damian's clothes have definitely been a specific look -kinda reads 70's pimp to me . I guess it's a trend?? but it seems more suited to Holden. JR is 51  and I guess Damian is supposed to be a little younger but it looks a little odd on him in my book. But at least they're trying. The men's clothing has been bland/generic for years-either suits or basic casual stuff interchangeable  b/w them.
