Well, it's not like it's some grand victory for him, LOL. He barely won; practically a draw.

Yes, the winner, but not by a landslide.

I am going to disagree with you in terms of this not being a grand victory for him. It most certainly is grand for him. This is like a huge upset because an unknown beat Hilary Clinton who has been in politics for such a long time and was the First Lady of the country. You can't have a success story better than that in politics.

It was a landslide. She chose not to drop out (which is great for her) at a cost or this would be a non issue.

He's went nuts, huh?

Love ya, South!

Some people who suffer heart attacks or heart troubles suffer a change in attitudes and have anger problems and BC seems to be a textbook case.

Well, I can understand (if not agree with) the first paragraph of your post. But to say it's a landslide?!?! I think Hillary has actually won the popular vote, but even if we're just talking delegates, landslide is really an inaccurate term. He is only tonight getting enough delegates to win, and she is hardly THAT far behind.

I totally agree with this. It really is quite something.

If you had told me a year ago Barack Obama would be the nominee, I would have laughed in your face because it seemed as though Hillary was the "president in waiting".

And this is what does leave a bitter taste in my mouth, because I'm sure that a lot of these people celebrating Obama's victory were positively livid when George W. sailed into office in spite of not winning the poplular vote. It's funny how opinions on such matters change when the candidate in question is your personal choice.

I am one of those who don't put any stock in popular vote since the nomination is based on delegates. Even if I cared about popular vote, the math on that and what is and isn't included is too fuzzy.

Landslide works for me considering she was the inevitable nominee.

The fact that she's not that far behind to me is like a team winning a basketball game in the second or third quarter but because the game has to be played out, the losing team gets enough points to make the game look close.
