anyone else notice today that during OLTL, ABC debuted a new bumper format? There was 1 for Clint, Nat/Jared and Starr . IMO, it looks alot better than the current ones and wasnt as dark or hectic looking. I hope this is the new and that they get rid of the current ones in favor of this new format. I hope it spills over into the other ABC shows too.

Yeah Cheap, these bumpers debuted on Friday. It's possible these are going to be shots for the new OLTL openings that's supposedly on the way. Erika Slezak mentioned it a while ago in her newsletter that the show was filming them.

I think they are waiting until SS leaves and RB returns to show them.

It depends on when they were filmed - assuming that they were done months ago, then Rebecca Budig should not have any new shots. Sure, they could shoot some for her now, but that should not affect their premiere. I'm surprised that ABC didn't premiere them all at once like they have in the past.

I'm sure Becky will have one. She's considered "top talent"....she'll definitely get one.

Some of GH's shots were done back in April & May, but some of them were filmed in the fall.

Oh RB will have bumpers, with Frons around, yep she'll have one if they have to take it out of someone's pay to do it

Well of course she's getting bumpers, but I was saying that the fact that there aren't any for her shouldn't affect the new bumpers from premiering.

Rebecca has already filmed new Soapnet shots. I wonder though will they give her a new opening shot or will they recycle her old one like they did with Bianca
