this ball is fantastic. this weeks promo is great! Liz walking down that will with that knife or whatever... that was kinda hot. That Laison kiss!! OMG! HOTNESS. I cant wait fo0r the truth to come out - and looks like Jason says it! And Sam, as much as i love you... Lucky does deserve to know the truth. Both about the kid and what kind of a person you are.

I also cant wait to see everything else at the ball. Hopefully we get some Maxie!

If I overlook what should have been the romantic aspect of the ball and just see it as a night at a spooky mansion then I can appreciate the humor in it.

This week should be good because in addition to whatver occurs on the show, there will be a lot of hatred consuming people who are already enraged by the previews. I shouldn't laugh at people who are adamant that Elizabeth is the epitome of evil but I think it's pretty funny.

Now you make you happy d, ugh, Jiz.

Ok ok. I really hate Emily.

Sam kept trying to tell her something but noooooo, Emily had to huff and puff and run off at the mouth.

No normal person would sit there and let that !@#$%^&*] run off at the mouth. Logan annoys me, but anytime he beats up on Spinelli is great :D

I'm really loving Johnny right now. I've liked him since he joined, but more now. I bet he's Ric's brother.

well todays GH was rather lackluster, but still good.

I loved Emily going off on Logan. As much as i love Logan homeie has some temper issues. Hes always about to beat someone, so im glad someone called him out on it. The best part was Maxie in the background LOLing. Thats why i love that girl!! I also liked the GSpin scenes. Maxie/Georgie scenes were also great to watch. I wish GH would build upon the Georgie/Maxie/Robin relationship.

Carly & Jax were also good to watch. I love this relationship. Also... i think id like to see Sam & Jerry hookin up. He is so much better suited for her than Lucky is. The shooting at the end kinda made me LOL, mostly cuz the only one i kinda care about is Jax. I also liked Skate scenes. I love Kate and she even makes Sonny fun to watch.

I am loving the ballroom scenes and everyone in there together interacting with eachother.

I am hoping Nadine isnt next. It kinda ended to obvious he was gonna kill her. I think if they were gonna kill her (anytime soon anyways) it woulda been done today.

The Liz scenes in the hall were pretty creepy. Oh many dead bodys has this girl found? Also, Jason grabbing her was stupid. we all knew it was him. maybe if they hadnt showed him on the speedboat getting there. But i loved her reaction to it being him. I cant wait for more!!

    • Am I remembering correctly that the Madison's lived in a Spanish revival-style house? I have a vague recollection of the fireplace looking especially Spanish in style. It is unusual that Montecello had so many architectural styles.  Obviously, that might occur IRL.  But, look at other east coast soaps and there is a definitive style that is throughout (because it was styled by a set decorator) regardless of the income of the occupants.
    • @kalbir MSW was a powerhouse for CBS. Angela Lansbury was a superb actress. In 1985, TV viewers were tiring of the primetime soaps and the like. People wanted storytelling and MSW was great at that and had great guest stars. Storytelling -- an amazing and novel concept. CBS Daytime by 1985 was beating ABC so CBS was on the upswing.
    • I'd say just the opposite - conflict means they will find out and then be at odds. For the limited amount of time people on this show have conflict (if they aren't named Nina or Ric, I guess).
    • Totes mcgoats (aka I agree). But, now the character needs to move forward.  Clyde's exit was 12/11/24.  It is May.  She and Chad have been on one date. I don't think they've slept together. And she was only planning on sticking around for a year.
    • That is one of the best insults I've heard in a long time.  I burst out laughing when Kat called Eva that.  LOL Their scenes, of course, were really good.  Colby and Ambyr have so much chemistry.  The only thing I'd change is Kat saying "you're dead to me."  That's a phrase usually said about someone you care about.  I would've preferred something like "You will never be my sister," or something similar to that.  Nice contrast at the end with both mothers/daughters:  Kat comforting/consoling her mother, and Eva being locked out by her mother.  Yeah, I wasn't a big of fan of the singing either, especially after your daughter's life has been destroyed.  What?  LOL And I also agree with those that thought Dana/Leslie's scenes with the Dupree's didn't feel right since Eva is not a Dupree....unless she is.  But as of right now, she's not.
    • Trisha Mann-Grant, Ambyr Michelle, Sean Freeman are destined for bigger and better things. They need to move on as soon as their initial contracts are done.
    • Daphnée Duplaix and Trisha Mann-Grant on Instagram live, 5/5/2025 just concluded, saved here https://www.instagram.com/p/DJSsYb7PDv8/
    • I really need to see Anita in a scene that isn't with a family member. In fact, I would have preferred that she would have gotten rid of the mob and had a one on one with Leslie to lay down the law with her.  I'm going to say it, Mike Manning has been completely lifeless on this show. Other than people's superficial fondness for him, I don't get what they see in him as an actor. I never saw him on DAYS though. The show had another really strange cut right before the opening credits where it looked like they almost cut off Nicole mid-sentence.  Kat/Eva are carrying this show on their backs. Lock them in for lifetime contracts, I beg.
    • There's a 1980 scene of Victor and Katherine in the Chancellor Estate living room where they went over a contract that would put Victor in charge of Chancellor Industries, but it was rewritten that Katherine brought Victor to Genoa City so he could run Chancellor Industries.
    • Put me in the minority in being happy about Cat not being Abby. After the two adult recasts played tag with the role, it's time for a few years of rest. I have a huge list of things I hate about RC's writing, but that choice was not one of them.
