Members stenbeck212
Or just be a mammy without the speak, like GH's sexless matriarchal head nurse epiphany.
Members Y&RWorldTurner
LOL! Epiphany is the most stereotypically written character on daytime. As much as I like the actress, GH should be ashamed for writing her as a "mammy" figure.

Members ChangedBYSon
If you're tired of this discussion, why don't you read the OTHERS? There's like 700 on this board. And like any normal human being, I certainly do prefer some people over others. Since I like the Jewish faith and have been married to a Jew, I like the ones who claim their heritage more than those who try and hide it. I don't think my opinion is odd or strange, it's just HONEST.

Members TC
I'd suggest you walk a little more softly with that one. Jewish names have been transformed over centuries for a variety of reasons. Often names indicated the career/trade/station in life of the bearer and were merely translated upon entry into a new country. Hence names like Miller, Silversmith, etc. North American immigration authorities were notorious for simplifying/shortening Jewish names on entry, even ones that sounded somewhat English. Names like Goldwasser were shortened to Gold. Others have changed their names and denied their heritage to avoid persecution. I can't blame them for that.
