Wow!  Long overdue!

Hilarious that Svitolina has finally made a deep run at a Slam completely under the radar. I suppose the pressure was off.

Strycova clobbered Konta. This has become a pattycake draw for Serena if she avoids any weird injuries.

I'm not a Konta fan by any measure, but I think it's kind of rude that people are calling her an Aussie.

First of all, calling someone Australian shouldn't be considered a pejorative but these folks are saying it to completely negate her British citizenship.

Yes, Konta was born in Australia but she clearly represents Great Britain, as evidenced by that little Union Jack flag by her name and ranking. Great Britain has a dearth of players even making the QFs, they need to make the best of the situation with what they have.

Just reading the comments about this MuRena match is exciting.  Andy might be hurt because I'm reading tweet after tweet saying Serena is carrying him.

Not just this tournament, but it’s been particularly bad over the past two weeks.

Well, Goffin started really well, but completely collapsed at the end of the first set. Sure, Novak played well but met very little resistance from Goffin after that.

Murena was fun while it lasted :(

Federer may have beaten Nishikori, but there's no way he will be able to beat Djokovic should they meet in the final.

Nadal is so good at blunting the power of servebots. Querrey had nearly three times as many aces as his closest competitor in the draw, and he’s about to lose badly.

Get ready for a hyped-up Fedal semi again.

I'm always here for for Fedal matches.  I may even skip work.

Oh joy, another Federer/Nadal match.... been there, done that!

What's this, the 4396th time they meet or something?  <_<
