Babe & Jamie and Jonathan/Lily/Ava are just awful!

Yes, Erica is acting like a 13-year-old and it makes no sense for her to keep pushing Jack away, yet I look forward to their scenes together because they're one of the few couples on this show with chemistry. Also, Erica makes me laugh (credit Susan, not the writing). After waiting so long for Erica to marry Jack, I've been disappointed since their wedding. I hope Brown & Essensten can come up with a plausible excuse for Erica's behavior and a real storyline that explores the Kane/Montgomerey family dynamics.

Erica and Tad? No thank you! At least from the preview, it looks like Tad is milking it to make her uncomfortable, which should be amusing.

So, it looks like Zach is our next one-dimensional villain following in the footsteps of Michael Cambias. Why would Zach want to take Adam's house from him?

Off-topic, is there any news on when B&E's work as headwriters starts airing? I might need to take a break from the show until then if things don't improve soon.

Yeah, Erica was much more mature in the days when she hid under hotel room beds so her lover's mommy couldn't see her <_< One of Erica's lowest points ever, IMO.

I think the interim AMC writers are doing a good job of trying to right some of MMT's disgusting wrongs, which included trying to ruin the relationship and family that was built for the K/M clan and the couple that heads that family. Using comedy was a great idea and even if some of the reality show stuff has been hokey, Erica & Jack are as popular as ever and looks like they will be together for a long time :P

I loved that Jack finally lost it yesterday and had reached his limit with Pam and those other reporters even hitting one of them when he was provoked just as it happens in the real world  I knew when he gave Erica the ultimatum she would only dig her stilleto's in deeper and when he is calm Jack knows it too  When she does finally admit her true feelings about this "divorce" I hope the writers will give us an opportunity to see them work on their issues and give us the marriage that McTrash cheated us all out of.

Amen Steve and this week they have been on FIRE :D

No way he and Erica are sleeping together. We have too few real friendships on this show anymore and I don't want to see this one ruined for a fling that won't ever go anywhere.

I think the Erica/Tad/Jack stuff has been hilarious and I would love to see Tad involved with them rather than Carey women . Tad loves both Erica and Jack and wants to help them reconcile too even if he is afraid Jack is going to pound him

I hate what Zach is doing to Adam.

I loved the Adam/JR scenes and seeing Tad flirting again with "That Milla person" I hate Jonathan with Ava and Lily. He just gives me the creeps.

Uh how is he one-note when this is the kind of stuff Adam's been doing to people for years  I wonder if it was Palmer instead of Zach if he'd be so "one note"

Adam is NO victim, he was set to screw JR over, and still had revenge on his mind even after he found out JR was missing.

No, it wasn't mature, it was funny. LOL, I never said it was. I have never used maturity and D&E in the same sentence. Because, they weren't.

The difference with your shot at D&E and my points about Erica, is that I never claimed that D&E made Erica more mature. In fact, most of their problems were hers. Were based on her insecurity, her jealousy, her lack of trust, etc. Do we see a pattern? <_<

Erica has issues that are seperate from Jack and J&E, issues that she needs to deal with. And until she does, she's not going to keep wafflign like she's done with Jack. You don't have to like what I'm saying, but so far, I've got a very good read on Erica.

    • Vanessa was flirty with Smitty, and it was weird. Smitty didn't think anything about it was cute or fun. The sex talk between Cody and Vanessa at Orphey Gene's? Also weird af. We needed either a longer scene or another scene to make any of that work. Vanessa is coming off like a nymphomaniac. Forced for plot convenience, just as it was when we saw Eva (HUH???) in that casino backroom. Sorry, none of this casino stuff works. I thought the same thing -- I enjoyed all the different character groupings, but the dialogue was not natural and didn't flow. Yep, kinda weird. I don't get it. Of course, I also don't get the discussion of not having Doug as the surgeon. Is he the only doctor anyone trusts? Then we have June's entire heart procedure talked about, performed, and over within 20 minutes of screen time. -- Cady McClain gives us a different variation of that accent every time she appears. The dialogue between Pamela and Dani is too cute by half. -- BTG, please stop mentioning Martin's run for the presidency. -- I hope we're not going to see Ted soften towards Dana and be taken in by her line of bull. She just blew up his life, and I don't want to see him sympathize with her in any way.
    • Agree.  But I would describe him as being disappointed not bitter.
    • >>><<< Great minds!  Kat certainly does prove that point. She's been given a lot to work with, so we shouldn't be bored of her anytime soon. I am interested in all her storylines at the moment, and curious how the show will use the affair to impact her romances and business stories. Well, what movie was it? Cause… I noticed it too. The first couple of seconds of the song were slightly different. OMG! Great call, precisely the same situation.
    • I think Kin was dissatisfied at GH in as much as Scotty had been pushed aside for Luke/Laura and the writing was doing him no favors as Scotty was now seen as an obstacle to their romance. So with his contract up he was offered big $$$ to move to Texas, which you can't blame him for. In addition to the money, I recall he was promised that Jeb would be a more dynamic character than Scotty. The money came through but not the story, so  don't blame him for being  slightly bitter.

    • A random thought - June is related to Hayley AND Tyrell and Samantha. Hayley and June are sisters separated when young. Years later June's children Ty and Sam end up being adopted into the Dupree family, coincidentally giving Hayley a further link to that family.
    • He spoke highly of the cast but was disappointed in his lack of story.  He was not disrespectful and he has the right to express his feelings.
    • I like Nicole the most, because she's the only normal person, even if she slides into psych-analyzing speak. I like Anita--but I suspect that's more about my attachment to Tamara Tunie. I'm on the fence about Dani--but I don't see her as the underdog vs. Nicole. Dani had her a fabulous life. Nicole might not have lived in her sister's shadow, but it seems like Dani gets the attention in the family.
    • I definitely wouldn't mind seeing him again. I understand.  BUT...a start.
