FTLOG.....if you value your lunch, skip the first half Jack and Katie scenes!!! OMG...I've never been so vomitous in my entire life! Suffice to say, they want to have sex. My eyes!!! My ears!!! For a dollar I would have thrown a condom at him ('cause he'd need it...LOL) and told them to use the bathroom, JUST to end it.

OTOH, it was great seeing Carly. She clearly doesn't know what the hell to think about Cleo, and it's great to see her using her brain, trying to figure out wth is going on.

LOL...will TIIC ever make up their mind about whether Meg's patient's husband (who Jack shot) is dead or alive? I guess it doesn't matter...except they've made it sound like he's dead, so Meg should have two deaths on her conscience.

OMG Cleo and Carly are RIOT! Loved Carly being snappy with the girl and at the same time being kind enough to apologize. Cleo is truly winning me over right now. And JL shows how great of an actress she is thru this character IMO.

Oh God as much I don't really care for CarJack I don't think I can stand the site of Jack acting like a horny rabbit whenever hes around Katie and thats EXACTLY what happened today. OMG as if Katie and Mike rutting around Oakdale like dogs in heat wasn't bad enough now Katie is making Jack do the same thing!? Just ICK. However they did have some sweet scenes all acts of sexual desire aside. And I really like how they talked about both Katie and Jack's past.

I'm so GLAD that Jack acknowledged that HE turned his back on Carly despite his "vows".

Meg and Craig were interesting today. Scott Bryce is a really good actor. Paul is a dumba$$. Are you serious? Paul should NEVER have let Alison on that phone. What an idiot. Anybody could see Alison was out of her mind. Although I did laugh along when Alison laughed on the phone as she was talking with Craig! Why was Paul holding the folder for her? Was she that out of it? And did you see the look Craig had on his face when he turned to face Meg? FIERCE!

Friday should be another excellent show. On a final note THANK GOD we got to see Dallas. Hes looking mighty fine.

Really, REALLY liked today's show. I'm still smiling like an idiot and it finished 15 minutes ago.

No comment on Jack and Katie. Selective/Protective blindness kicks in whenever they're on.

Tie me up and call me Sally. I enjoyed the scenes between Cleo and Carly. If Gwill stay away from this it'll be entertaining.

OMFG! YESSS!!!!!!!!!!!! Craig is on Meg! *does happy dance* I was getting nervous they were going to dupe him. Thankfully Alison's nose candy kicked in.

Well, when Jack shot him, there was blood pouring out of him like nobody's business. Then Meg was "haunted" by him in a scene, which usually means someone's dead. I can't quote other specific incidents, but I always got the impression he died. But today Meg said something like the woman's "husband and children were left behind".

Today's show was alright.

The Jack/Katie scenes were icky. It's like the Jack/Carly/Simon/Katie/Mike circle could be in a massive orgy, they've all switched partners at one point or another. Terrible writing if you ask me.

Cleo still annoys the heck out of me. It was nice seeing Carly again, though.

Alison as Rosanna is just beyond ridiculous. Can we move on, please? I do love how Ali's druggy problem ruined Paul's plans.

The best scenes were with Craig & Meg. Scott Bryce is such a complex actor, I think he's one of the few reasons why this show is still worth watching.

    • Today was a short one. Only 33 minutes.  The ‘Part One’ graphic at the beginning was pretty interesting though. I didn’t expect them to do something like that.  I like how everything was focused around John and his family and friends. Again, the acting and the dialogue was very well done and well written. And I love that they were able to incorporate Drake’s, “swing for the fences” phrase into the script. It was nice seeing everyone interact with each other, especially characters who don’t often share scenes together. It felt like every character was part of a big family or community. Plus, an outdoor funeral in June makes a lot more sense than an outdoor funeral in December.  But yeah, it’s very, very strange that Will isn’t at the funeral, especially since we know that

I would much rather he had been there today. And, where’s Anna too? And Jack and Jennifer? What was the point of bringing them all back if they weren’t going to attend the funeral? I expected Steve to want to close down BlackPatch, though I’d rather he just retire and let Paul take it over. But I like that Kayla was there to comfort him. I wonder if he’s going to change his mind at some point.  It was nice seeing Shane again too. Now, he just needs to have more scenes with his son lol but I enjoyed seeing him comfort Marlena. I’m not really sure about his interaction with Cat though? Was it really necessary for this to happen now, at John’s funeral? They could’ve waited a little longer to introduce this story arc.  Btw, was Tate bleeding from his head in his first scene with Arianna?

    • Now this strikes me as funny. I have it up on my acct. The thing is I only have S2. Didn't want either 1 or 3.  Perhaps I should just list all of these that I have up.  Parodies: Dirty Sexy Money, Filthy Rich Incomplete: The Monroes, All That Glitters, Falcon Crest (have all just not all up), Once & Again S2 only Complete: Models Inc, Pasadena, Pacific Palisades, Paper Dolls, Flamingo Road
    • This is wonderful! Thank you for posting this! I loved the first two seasons and never got to see the final season when they cancelled the DVD release. I've been hoping this popped up on streaming but no luck. Happy I'll finally get to see how it ended!

    • In case it is of interest to anyone here, I have digital copies (computer files, mp4 etc.) of all of the episodes. And, besides having the files they are all up on my usual video hosting site, acct name: shallotpeel, channel it is in: Primetime Soaps and file names like  Flamingo Road S1E15 Hurricane Flamingo Road was a primetime soap on NBC by Lorimar Productions. 2 seasons. 1980-1982. Morgan Fairchild, Barbara Rush. Developed by Rita Lakin.
    • Arguably DAYS OF OUR LIVES has been brilliant lately & definitely was last week. But, here I am with nitpick & technicalities. This was the only misstep but it was just a stupid thing that should have been caught. Deidre Hall as Marlena has this one problematic line, "It didn't matter how many identities you had, I always knew exactly who you were, you were the man who saved my life." - Marlena, DAYS, 6-2-25 Unfortunately the flashback closest to it was when Marlena was on the phone, terrified because she thought he was Stefano. Yes, it's true that the line is not accurate. There were many times when she did not feel the way she is claiming because of whatever was going on in story with his 'retconned to hell & back' identity & origin story. Does it keep the whole week from being called excellent? Nope.
