This episode was just "okay". After the great Friday episode, it was a little slow. I feel no sympathy for JR. He can rot in hell and I hope that when Babe comes home she NEVER forgives him for anything. I wish the serial killer would kill HIM.

We saw a lot of good cliffhangers at the end. Felt a little bad for Zoe.

Well, I see a Jonathan/Annie thang happenin here... might be more interesting than Ryannie. :o Colby is repentent... love it. :P Personally, at this point, I do not want to see Babe come back to JR. I don't think I can take that. I'd much rather see her with Josh at this point. Maybe if Josh's obsession is quenched, he can relax and maybe actually devlop a personality. Lovin Zendall's involvement in the Babe saving... loved the Wildwind scenes except for Ryass. All in all a great day IMO. B)

Well, I always find it to be a fabulous thing when someone agrees with me, so I love it! But more importantly, it's cool that you're paying attention to who writes every day. I notice because I enjoy writing, myself. But as fans, I truly think we should become more savvy to these things. The writing is why AMC is soooo horrible these days. As it's been said, the ideas and concepts have potential, but in the limited hands of Megan McTavish, her long term plotting and her writing staff as of now, we're getting complete garbage.

Joanna Cohen (who the infamous 'Jackie' said wasn't on staff, but just freelancing, which is ridiculous oversight by ABC in my opinion) is, what I believe, to be AMC's saving grace. Not Beall. Cohen's scripts have been moving without being forced. Her words have been poignant, without sounding hokey and contrived. When her scripts air, I get the sense that she listens to the emotions of the characters and expresses them through their words. She did the unthinkable. She made me relate to the Lavery Boys when Ryan was talking down Jonathan and telling him how to get through his period of mourning over Erin. The way Cohen wrote that scene, I understood it. I connected to it.

Courtney Bugler just has people running their mouths just because she can and has 85 pages to do it with. Some things she has characters saying just don't need to be said and the dialog is all over the place. Even though she never fails to live up to her Lil Miss Hot Mess reputation with me, the epitome of MESS was that horrible New Year's Eve episode she wrote. I mean, was it my ears, or did Erica mutter words along the lines of "Ooooh! Look at the pretty swan!" But, like I said about Joe -- his remark, no matter how telling some people feel it was meant to be, was blatantly tacky.

J.R.: How -- how do I say goodbye to my mom?

Tad: I'm worried about J.R. I don't know if he's going to make it through this one.

Joe: Right now, I'm worrying about Krystal and the baby.

Are you kidding me, Bugler? You couldn't at least give Joe a throwaway line about, "oh, he's strong. He'll make it through... Right now, I'm worrying about the skanky slut and her demon spawn?"

Would that have been too difficult?

Del. must. DIE.

Congratulations, McTavish. I officially HATE this character JUST because of that insensitive -- but FATAL -- remark he made to Zoe. "Cosmo or a shot of whiskey?"

You BASTARD!!!

Between that and today's SHOCKER ending -- was it Del, committing a HATE CRIME?!!! -- AMC has become, without a doubt, the most shocking, sensational, but BEST WRITTEN AND PHENOMENALLY ACTED soap opera ON THE AIR. As we know it.

Though I HATE Del for his STUPID remark, it once again showed how remarkably written these scripts are.

That line alone was not a soap line. It was like something out of a movie, because with SO little, it said so much!

I can't say enough good things about the exchange between Julia and Jonathon, was it? "You made guacamole." She just said something like, "I just listened is all..." It wasn't a plot point, but again, it was a nice, MOVIE-LIKE exchange.

I was FLOORED by the line.

It was BRILLIANT!!!

Just one gripe about today's episode -- a legitimate one, I hope. KRYSTAL, you are NOT going to eat what Winifried "set up" for you, are YOU?!! The LAST time she set anything up (that we know about), someone (Dixie!!) DIED.

Frankly, even if it weren't her fault, if I were Adam, I'd have to SERIOUSLY consider my working relationship with Winifred. Even if she did nothing wrong, it would eventually get to me...I could never get it out of my head, seeing her every time...she'd be gone. I wouldn't be able to take it.

Oh, and HUGE props to Bianca. "JR, I'm sorry for you loss."

I COULD DIE!

THAT'S how it's done, Zoe.

Oh, and one more thing:

GO TO HELL, DEL!!

Hope the Satin Slayer changes approach and MURDERS YOU NEXT, YOU FILTHY SONOFA!@#$%^&*]!!!!

LOL - JSF, you're cracking me up with that Winifred thing.

Anyway I agree, after yesterday, Del needs to go - I've never really liked him, but yesterday he pissed me off. He was the only immature one there. The old Del from the 90's would not have been like that. Wrong place and wrong time, Del.

I think Del should die by the same sins he has inflicted -- so by a hate crime. Have some ugly dude run through Pine Valley picking off hunky blondes. Only extras we get to know in the span of a few episodes -- and then DEL. Have him torture him. Have him pluck off his manhood before death. THEN KILL HIM!!! KILL THE HATEFUL BASTARD!!

HAVE ZOE FIND HIM.'

HAVE HER LAUGH.

HAVE ALL of Pine Valley laugh at jerk-off DEL!!!
