As of right now, Sheila's dead! If The Hack continues writing Y&R, Sheila will always be dead. Once TPTB realize that The Hack is hacking up their show, she will be removed, and then, and only then, will the Sugar role come into effect.

exactly. Sheila obviously had no more use for Robin Mattson's Sugar after she had surgery to look like her, so she obviously got another woman, possibly from one of the mental institutions she resided in, to pretend to be Phyllis. This mental patient obviously got too big for her boots and actually pretended to be SHEILA HERSELF and that is the woman that died. The ditzy psycho we've been watching is nothing like the real Sheila... the cool, calculating and laid back woman. Sheila is a genius of intrigue, and she KNEW how much havoc could be caused by sending a lackey to GC to stir up [!@#$%^&*], and it worked. Sheila triumphs again!

It would be totally amazing if your theory turned out to be true and Kimberlin's Sheila one day reappears (preferably in L.A. and attempting to live her life without the interference of the Forresters) but sadly, I think the people at the Bell soaps, just aren't interested in her (Kimberlin and Sheila) anymore.

Just wait, Joel. Someday, when Brad Bell's bored, he'll bring Sheila/Kimberlin back to B&B to shake things up again. I'm sure of it. I simply cannot believe that this is the last we'll hear of Sheila Carter.
