He did it but didnt have sufficent proof and Ethan told him to leave it alone. He realized Whitney had lied to him so there was nothing keeping him in Harmony and he left Chad's disgusting. Members King Posted February 4, 2007 Members Share Posted February 4, 2007 I think the show was trying to build to some triangle with Frank/Whitney/Chad, but just kinda dropped Frank all together. As far as I know, he was supposed to be a long term character, and I know JER had a two year bible. But it could have been a quick change early on.
