Administrator Toups Posted August 3, 2007 Author Administrator Share Posted August 3, 2007 GH: - Danielle Faraldo first listed as Director on August 3 That is GH's first transaction of the year which leaves PSNS as the only soap with no new transactions in 2007 (PSNS' last transaction was in January 2005). Members Kubla Khan
John Loprieno has never directed. He wrote scripts for OLTL for a while. Are you thinking of some other actors that have directed? Grant Aleksander? James DePaiva? What's with Danielle Faraldo directing GH? Did Jill get her to move out West? Members Dr. Jay S.W.
Isn't Faraldo from OLTL?
Members Y&RWorldTurner
Yes, IMDB lists her as an "editor" on OLTL from 2000-2001, which was when Jill was EP there. I guess Jill wanted her at GH for some reason. She was a director on OLTL from 2005-2007...

Members Soapsuds
Kay Alden was listed for the first time today as a writer for B&B.
Administrator Toups Posted August 6, 2007 Author Administrator Share Posted August 6, 2007 Yay for Kay! But I think her time at B&B could be short lived.
Administrator Toups Posted August 6, 2007 Author Administrator Share Posted August 6, 2007 I just heard Chris Whitesell quit ATWT. I think it's pretty evident with a lot of writers leaving that there's some panic going on behind the scenes. I expect more staff writers to leave. This mass exodus could lead to something bigger or ATWT is planning on having its writers do the same as GL's writers. It's rough times in Oakdale right now. Members Soapsuds
Why do you say that Toups? Glad he is gone. I never cared for him. Maybe Peter Brash will be taking his spot? And why hasnt Jean gotten fired yet? Any ideas who you see leaving next? And do you know why he left? I hope this leads to bigger things for ATWT. But we will have to wait and see.
