Lololol....infinity and Michael Wilding as Jackson Freemont was cringe worthy. I hated how he called everyone Love. He was awful on Dallas too.

Marland would've been interesting on Dallas. His corporate stories with JR would've been good. I could see him writing good material for Pam vs JR. Lucy would've either married a poor farm boy JR hated who got work at Ewing Oil or she would've married a Barnes to stick it to JR. I also think he would've written Sue Ellen drinking problem very well too.

FMB would've stayed had she not made two major mistakes in firing ART and Liz. The writing by Lorraine didn't help her either.

How bad the show is.

Days is bad really bad. I don't see how it could get worse. Ron Carlivati and Co. are bottom of barrel writers. The sets still look cheap as hell. Way too many Dimeras on canvas. This show really needs an overhaul.

Grant mentioned this in the reunion with the four musketeers. Grant said he wasn't happy that Kobe got rid of the fan favorites. GL dropped in the ratings when the new characters debut and I don't think they ever recovered from it. Simon, Jessie, Calla were such awful characters that no one cared about.

This! When Bobby left they still had JR vs Pam which the show didn't commit to. The premise of the show was Pam vs the Ewings. When she left it was a different show. The only thing that kept it going that season was JR vs Sue Ellen. Everything else sucked.

@DRW50 Thanks for posting it! My mother and I were big fans of the Steve/Betsy/Craig storyline. I remember vividly watching it together at the time.
