I met her in 2018.. GH Convention in Burbank. She was so kind and was surprised that I came all this from Germany. i told her that I want to name my future daughter after her character Barbara Jean. She was touched. I even told her that I was upset about her not having a new storyline and she agreed quietly with me. She didn’t even stopped or conversation. She took all her time for each Fan that was there. Not everyone did that. But she appericiated everyone of us! im shattered right now. I just came back from work and read that. I still can’t believe it

Wtf? I hate 90 minute episodes of TAR and Survivor. Survivor has been boring anyway for the last few years. TAR - 90 minutes? F that. I love that show and binged season 1-25 from 2019 up until March 23.. I always hated it when there were 90 minute episodes within. Ugh

Been following her for years on Insta and now it all makes sense. but I’m sad that we lose Aintsworth. She has grown right in front of us and was let to like 10 times and now gets recasted. Oh wow. I voted the Eric actor as Villain of the year. The others are so bland. It’s too early to give the Ravi actor from EE that title. He just started.

At least they are keeping Kathy around instead of axing her like Peter, Stuart, Lola. AND at least Kathy gets a lot of screentime and a new engagement now (May 3rd) lol Am i the only one not feeling that Nish guy as BIG BAD Villain? Ravi on the other hand. Great addition. But I was upset that he had a go with Keanu and attacked him Linda‘s grieving storyline kinda bored me tbh. When I’m in England on the June 3rd Weekend at the British Soap Awards 2023 I hope the Lola actress will be there. I mean she is nominated. It was hard to vote this year coz Daisy from Corrie is a definite winner but my Lola from EE is nominated. I hate to vote Lola

I felt like everyone else. Especially being the 60th Anniversary and all. I would’ve even be fine with single episodes from single decades. But 2018? Ok.. And with Drew played by Billy Miller? That’s odd. Lol

I love Esther and Dawn tbh. Even though I hated Dawn at times she is so cute. I do think if that’s Jack‘s real Exit it’s quite upsetting. Dawn tagging along on a self Discovery. Key word being self 🤣 i love some oldies on Shorty. To lose them is always so hard. Dawn has been on for like 5-6 years by now. Esther didn’t bothered me as much as others. Someone on a shorty vid replied to me that Shorty is doing bad in keeping oldies on for way too long and thought that Donna Heka‘s 7 year long run was too ridiculously long. I loved Donna back then and didn’t thought she felt exhausted as a character. i still wish they would finally bring back Nick and Waverly for good. Chris needs a friend like Nick again. I mean they trying it with Tk and with Drew but it doesn’t feel the same lol only oldie I’m exhausted from is Harper but I still don’t want her gone

A Little Shorty revamp! 6 new characters and one of them is Chris son Harry but with a new actor. every Monday is like some long week sub-plot with weird random characters lol and we lost two oldies: Dawn and Jack left Shortland Street!

I bought two tickets for the British Soap Awards 2023… but I won’t vote for ED this year. I’m sorry but not even Paddy could save that mess for me. My votes will go out to Oaks, EE and Corrie (even though there was too much going on storywise).. maybe next year.. I kinda miss the Meena era lol

Sat.1 will never learn lol Their soap “Hand aufs Herz” had such a strong fan base and they still cancelled it. i think the only Novelas/Soaps that worked were “Verliebt in Berlin” and later “Anna und die Liebe” even without Anna this show survived strongly. Never understood why they cancelled it. I wonder if this new show targeting older women has something to do with the comeback of the cancelled show on ARD “Tierärztin Dr Mertens“ lol

Oh my god… spoiler to April 26th of 2023: The family therapy session was so well acted and crafted. and that Roxy Cameo and conversation with Amy really broke my heart. I was sitting there and really cried. That didn’t happened for a long time on a soap.

I do think they did good so far. What is it that u feel is missing? During the last couple of episodes it was really filled with a lot of emotion and heart! Especially the episodes from April 24th and 25th

EE is actually quite enjoyable lately. That girl that plays Jack’s daughter Amy is outstanding. Not as outstanding as Belle from Emmerdale but such a great outstanding younger actress. i was bored with Jack/Denise but somehow I’m totally down for their scenes. Since the truth came out I miss them together lol Ravi is an interesting addition to the show. The Nishi/Suki revelation last week with the copy of the video on that usb was amazing. Suki wants to get rid of Nishi somehow. I can’t wait where this story is heading to. I hope she will kill him in the end tbh. The HIV-Plot was great too so far. Zack coming out with the truth to Sharon and Martin was so touching. They even brought up Mark. They even brought up that they thought just gays could get hiv and they they were intolerant back then in their lives. That was great dialogue. I hated that actor of Zack on Hollyoaks coz his character was annoying. I was not sure about him at first because of that but he won me over. Him getting picked on by Ben Mitchell in the pub and trying to fight with him was quite oldschool EE. Now the whole village knows he has HIV. Great stuff. the way they handle Whitney and Zack is so touching aswell. Lola.. my favorite slowly dying.. I wish they would spare her character I think I know who will die at Christmas: Keanu! the only character I’m so over with is Phil Mitchell!
