  1. Considering Emma Samms is back on April 14 and Jane Elliot returns on April 17, I have a feeling something is [unfortunately] happening.
  2. You dang-well know the reunion was cancelled, because they wanted to protect Ramona from what was coming from Eboni. The fact Sonja, of all people, understood Eboni's intent, and was flipping the script.... shows just how bad it was, IMHO. Bravo/Andy Cohen wanted to protect her no matter what, yet will throw other housewives down the river for the sake of viewership. That dinner, alone, was DISGUSTING. Absolutely vile!
  3. Black Shabbat was disgusting. How Bravo did not denounce Ramona after that was... a choice, and showed how much Andy Cohen wanted to protect her. If Eboni were to join, my desire for Wendy to exit would change. Immediately.
  4. Joshua Morrow looking handsome and dapper as ever!
  5. 💯 They are. Despite my gripes with [some] of the cast, Potomac has been non-stop giving, cast-wise. They really are proof new franchises can work when done right. Eboni would've been a wonderful fit.
  6. They really did lose their way post-Bethenny. They semi-did in S4 by trying to bring Cindy in as the "Bethenny replacement," and it smacked them in their faces. The same happened again for S12. Bethenny is a personality that cannot be replaced/duplicated easily. It would have served them better to just... in a way... ignore that she was gone. I think Leah did a bit better than Cindy; Cindy, I felt, melted into the group while Leah stood out in her own way. But, it is clear, losing Bethenny both times shook producers. It seemed like she was there to be there. Like, "Oh no! You're filming? Awesome! Let me come, too!" Plus, wasn't she there for the infamous "I don't shave my p*ssy" moment from Sonja? Or was that someone else in a different season? Elyse, from my viewpoint, was the Bethenny answer producers NEEDED in S12, especially re: Ramona. I've always stated this since the season aired: had Eboni come in at any other point she would've been better received. But, she came in when the 2020 presidential election was a major moving point and she was not going to allow Luann & Ramona just coast (nor should they be allowed to), and that was needed. Plus, COVID was still at a highpoint; the city itself is part of the cast, and the city was on lockdown. Even Salem was quiet; I went to Salem (or part of it) this past year, and it was ten times busier than when the cast filmed. They should've paused a full year. They really should have. NYC, unlike any other franchise, is so dependent on the city as being the unspoken "nth" cast member of the season; without it, the season wasn't going to have that push it needed.
  7. S12 felt like they wanted Dorinda to be the villain since they had Luann as the S11 villain and Bethennyk was gone, who I do think would've had Dorinda's back in a way the others did not. Bethenny confronting Dorinda about her drinking ("you're a drunk") in a one-on-one was more impactful than everyone ganging up on her through the season. I don't get the hate S13 gets, other than people wanting to protect the ever-so-fragile Luann & Ramona, who got what they deserved that season, especially the latter. Elyse deserved a second-go, too. I enjoyed her.
  8. I don't think it's Miguel based on this photo. It is the return of the GCAC based on the set.
  9. I'm more compelled by the performance by Christian J. LeBlanc, honestly.
  10. The post-production on this promo is giving late 2015/early 2016 blue-green vibes.
  11. My guess is the eighth season, because in the ninth season is when Linda Gray directed her episode.
  12. Elizabeth Webber (General Hospital) would have worked on All My Children following her 2011 dismissal. A quick pop over to Pine Valley to work with Cara & Griffin Castillo, David Hayward, Angie Hubbard and Jake Martin at Pine Valley Hospital; a brief yet impactful romance with Ryan Lavery; and then a return to Port Charles. It would have kept Rebecca Herbst in the ABC family and more solidified open doors for those listed above to come into Port Charles. Carly Tenney Snyder (As the World Turns) could have worked for a short period of time during the 2011 reboot of Days of Our Lives, coming into Basic Black, as a designer. And, in that regard, Barbara Ryan also could have fit. Liza Colby (All My Children) could have had a cute, short-term stint as an interim D.A. on The Young and the Restless defending anyone up against either Christine and/or Michael.
  13. No. Sony cut the overnight crews when production resumed in late 2020, so they only have had community permanent sets, with a few alternating ones. It didn't have to do with the space itself, but the crew not being available.
  14. William Lipton been on recurring status since the end of February 2021; his exit would not surprise me, given he's the only one in his age group of actors on recurring, and Cameron is usually missing when he should be around. And before the moss?! How rude!
  15. Shane Isheev is returning to Neighbours after his stint on Hollyoaks.
  16. Let me guess... this is coming to GCAC this holiday season?
  17. Watching Charlene & Scott's wedding episode and despite not hearing the dialogue, you can still sense the love that's in the scenes. Wonderful.
  18. In a report by Deadline Hollywood, it states: "Hackman Capital Partners, which bought Television City for $750 million from CBS Corp. in 2019, is planning a $1.25 billion renovation of the landmark complex. In addition to The Price Is Right, it has been housing CBS’ The Late Late Show with James Corden, which is ending its run this spring, as well as The Young and the Restless, Dancing with the Stars, American Idol and Real Time with Bill Maher, which are solidifying moving arrangements." Sounds like most productions at Television City are re-locating sometime this year, per "solidifying moving arrangements."
  19. If it's not in the Colonnade Room then they can keep it. I did post a page or two about from her Locher Room live, and said they'd be happening throughout the year. To me, it does not look like Jamie Lyn Bauer. And the guy in the mask semi-looks like Donny Osmond.
  20. At least it isn't one of the sets or the outer spaces of Television City.
  21. Because, as much as P&G didn't want to support, they also did not want to lose the ownership, because CBS tried to get As the World Turns and Guiding Light to continue. Yes it would have.
  22. I believe I read somewhere Fox wanted to expand into daytime, but it never happened. Such a shame. Hence why I am surprised Fox did not try and secure Sunset Beach, given their relationship with Aaron Spelling where 90210 is concerned. It would've been a win-win.
