Agree the show has been lacking since Susan left it. She was an absolute powerhouse! Very much looking forward to the Deveney Dixon storyline as I'm up to 544 in my re-watch. I missed that whole period of 3 months while vacationing in Italy in summer 1990 (Australia was around 8 or so months behind). That is the only part of nearly 34 years of B&B I have never watched. I could have skipped ahead and watched that missing period on the Vault but I'd already started my re-watch from episode 1, and being a completist I have to see it through in order!! 🤣 Let's just hope I don't get hit by a bus before I get to Deveney!!! 😉 I've heard it's a bit of a meh resolution, but I'm excited to see for the first time ever those three months I missed so very long ago. On subsequent long vacations I'd get my mother to swap the VHS tapes every few weeks, and so when I came back I had a lot of catching up to do but missed nothing that way. Such a die hard!! 🤣 If only I'd kept those tapes instead of recording over them...I went to Italy again in 1994 for 3 months as well...there'd be gold on those tapes...😢

LEGEND!!! 🙏 OK it seems the RTL Lounge is an actual TV channel and based on one of the endings of the episodes on the Vault, it's clear that channel doesn't air the end credits, and goes directly to a The Bold and the Beautiful banner, and ends. I personally don't mind as the quality is just so beautiful...a million thanks to Bartosz...keep em coming I say! 😍

Wow I see what you mean! They literally filmed two alternate endings - Eric's delivery of his line to say he's sorry is different etc! It's possible the one where she loses her s**t was for overseas markets only? I honestly can't remember which one aired in Australia but given our history of cuts...it probably didn't...

Hi all I’m up to 503 in my rewatch, and it has no sound for the second half. I suspect it’s because it’s a fashion show with music, the uploader/Amy(?) might have removed the sound? Does anyone have the episode with sound? There is another 503 in the vault with maybe Greek writing but it’s been misnumbered do so isn’t the episode I’m after. Many thanks if you can help!

No we get the newest episode fast tracked the moment it completes airing on your West Coast. I have a funny feeling it was a late in the day script, with latter episodes already numbered etc on scripts, so to wedge it in, they named it Part 2. Given the return from production shutdown, they may not have known exactly when episodes would air, so possibly numbered it this way to fit anywhere in the storyline on December 24. It didn't really tie into much else that was going on at the time other that Zende and Paris having eyes for each other. Seems to be an official episode number now, as all episodes after it have been sequential on the 10play site, continuing on from 8426 Pt 2.

Does CBS number the episodes on their website? If so, how were the episodes numbered for 23 Dec 2020 and 24 Dec 2020? I ask because in Australia on our 10play website, they are listed as 8426 Pt 1 and 8426 Pt 2 respectively! And then they continued on with 8427 for 28 Dec 2020's episode, etc. That's a first for an episode being numbered in two parts (except for the time the show returned post-production shutdown with 8318A for the re-cap episode). If it's the same on CBS.com as it is for 10play, then I wonder why they split the episode into two parts? If the episode numbers differ between the US and Australia, then Houston we have a numbering problem!
