  1. Thanks for posting! A few thoughts: Wow, Harley was full on 80s. That last scene between Harley and A-M was really hot. I actually like that A-M, do we know why Carl T. Evans left? Super random, but Beth E reminded me a bit of a young Bridgett Fonda in that last scene. Beth E ages really well. Good to see Sarah. Other than seeing her on her death bed during the Cassie intro storyline, I haven't seen much of her, so was good seeing her here. It's uncanny how similar Beverlee and Marj sound. Their pitch and inflection are so similar. I did not like what Alex was wearing haha. I didn't listen to the entire dialogue, so maybe I missed it, but who was the blonde that Frank was with? Is that the first Mindy? Sounds like she was into Rusty, but then Frank was doing a good job of flirting. It was interesting hearing him talk about Buzz and how much he admired him as a kid before he 'died'. Interesting to compare this to what we know happens later when Buzz is back in town alive. Frank looked really good in that little yellow swimsuit too!
  2. Ohhh, well that's great! I'm glad to hear it was her own decision to help herself out. Because otherwise, it just seemed odd to give her such a big storyline, where she was nominated for an Emmy, put her into a good relationship... and then just stop using her for a year haha.
  3. OMG this photo shoot with Willow and a dead corpse looking Drew. 😂
  4. This is how I feel. I'm still a big Leslie fan. She just cracks me up, even though I know she isn't a 'great' person.
  5. Ohh the intrigue now! Sounds like Dinah is still a schemer when she returns, and I sort of love that she's going against Reva. She did slightly during Dinah/Annie's friendship during Alan/Annie's wedding and all that drama, and I liked it.
  6. LOL at the bolded part. I agree with you here. Sure, it's her brother, but Blake really takes the cake with lying and hurting people. Sure, not physically, but absolutely emotionally and mentally. Susan is 100% a brat and I haven't really liked her at all except when she was able to see through Holly's craziness and plotted to get the kids out of that cabin. Jim/Beth - ehh, on one hand it's cute watching Jim fumble around a bit and get nervous, and I like that Beth seems to be getting away from Matt/Vanessa, but on the other hand, I'm not sure there are sparks (yet anyway). Nope, Selena rarely interacts with Abby, but we've rarely seen Abby in a year which is sad. Honestly, not really digging the Danny/Michelle/Carman/Jesse/Drew stuff - it's tedious and just seems like a separate island from the rest of the show. I agree mostly on your assessment of the Annie recast. I liked her when she was plotting and being the villain, but now that she got off free (basically), it feels a bit like there isn't much left to do with her. No one in town likes her, so where does she go from here? And you're right, Watros had good chemistry with many of the men, whereas the only man I've seen Coleman have strong chemistry with is Ben. They had pretty amazing/dynamic scenes together during her first few weeks on the show. It's starting to feel like there is a lull right now in the show. Major storylines have ended (Dinah/Hart/Cassie; Reva/Josh/Annie; Holly as the stalker), or seem to be just stalling (Ben/Blake; Ross/India), and I guess they're teeing things up for what I understand to be the San Cristobal of it all that comes in a few months.
  7. I’m up to April 05, 1999. Still at the Bauer cabin, Vanessa and Matt have a heart to heart talk and she tells him what happened with Dinah. He gets concerned thinking the cops would look In Lucerne considering her past, but she says those Swiss nuns planned to take her somewhere else once she got there, so even Vanessa doesn’t know exactly where she is now. She then asks Matt if he slept with Beth and he says no, which makes her happy. A few days later, Vanessa/Matt are back in SF and meet with Ross at the Towers who says the prosecution team still wants to charge her unless she gives up Dinah’s location. Blake/Cassie and baby RJ show up and Blake asks if they should leave because of Vanessa, but Cassie says no, she has to be able to live her life and not hide in fear. Vanessa walks up to them and offers an apology, but Blake/Cassie angrily tell her the only thing she could do to help is give up Dinah’s location. Cassie then reveals an email that Dinah wrote her, apologizing about Hart and asking how RJ is doing. Cassie tells Vanessa she’s scared that Dinah will come back and hurt RJ, but Vanessa tries to convince her that Dinah would never do that, but Cassie is strong in her concern. Vanessa later tells Matt and Ross that she feels like she needs to go tell the police what she knows now. Michelle tells Jesse everything that happened and why, which makes him understand why she had to lure him to the lighthouse and pretend like she and Danny were a couple. He assumes they still had sex, which she says they never did and he is happy. She then gets a phone call and reluctantly tells the caller she will meet them. She lies to Jesse and says it was Aunt Meta and she’ll be back soon. Later, Meta comes home and says she didn’t call and Jesse realizes she went to see Danny. We then see Michelle meeting Danny and Ray to discuss annulling their marriage, as Danny had told Ray earlier that they never consummated it and the marriage was fake. Ray then puts her on the spot and says before they can get annulled, she has to confess to him and God that she never had any feelings for Danny. She can’t give a real answer and Danny gets frustrated with her. Ray later tells her that Danny threatened Carmen and was willing to put her in prison to save Michelle, which stuns her. She asks Danny about it and he downplays it a bit, but Jesse walks in and interrupts. Danny then tells Michelle to expect the divorce papers in the mail and Jesse/Michelle leave, but clearly Danny and Michelle are still unsure/upset about it all. The next night, Michelle tries hard to cook dinner and have a special date with Jesse, but she’s frazzled and accidentally calls him Danny. She apologizes, but says how could she love anyone else but Jesse, especially given that he has her mother’s heart (finally, they acknowledge this with the recast!). They have champagne and then he realizes she’s still wearing her wedding ring, so she takes it off and they kiss. They decide to dress up and go to Millennium to continue their date, and of course Danny is there. A girlfriend of his arrives, having been out of the country for a couple years, and they hug and he says it’s so great seeing her again, all while Michelle/Jesse watch from a distance. Michelle introduces herself and says she hasn’t had the chance to meet many of his friends, and this girl says she’s more than just a friend. Michelle gets annoyed and Danny and the girl leave the bar area. Michelle/Jesse go upstairs to his loft and they start kissing, preparing for sex for the first time since Danny entered the picture, but she has visions of kissing Danny and stops. Drew then walks in, gets upset seeing them kiss and asks them to get a hotel room. Michelle says no, she needs to leave and pick up Meta anyway, leaving Drew/Jesse together to argue. Drew says he should start looking for a new place to live and he agrees, but will stay there in the meantime. Michelle then walks out of Millennium and sees Danny and this girl together, just as Danny kisses her cheek. After Michelle leaves, the girl tells Danny she can’t believe he never told Michelle about her, considering she’s his sister! Selena is still not interested in telling Drew that she’s her real mother since Drew is adamant about finding her birth mom so she can tell her off. Selena sees in the newspaper that an old friend of hers has died, and this friend always wanted a child but never did. She comes up with a plan to tell Drew that this now dead lady was her mother so that Drew can stop looking for the real one. Buzz still hates the plan and wants Selena to tell her the truth, but goes along with it anyway and agrees to help Selena forge a birth certificate. Phillip upsets Jim when he absentmindedly calls Beth ‘honey’ in a business meeting. Jim calls him out on it privately, which Phillip takes offense to. Phillip then warns Beth she should be careful with interoffice relationships, which Jim overhears and pisses him off. Jim then asks Beth on another date, which she accepts, but Phillip then tells Jim the same thing he told Beth. Jim gets in his face and says to back off. They both full on hate each other now, with Jim accusing Phillip of hating that he’s dating his ex-wife. Later, Josh offers Jim a job at Lewis if he agrees to quit Spaulding, and Jim accepts. Beth then shows up and she and Jim have a heart to heart about Harley, with Beth telling him her concerns with her. They eventually kiss, which is Jim’s first kiss since his wife died, and they plan a wine date later that night. Meanwhile, Susan continues to be jealous of Harley’s incoming baby, so she continues to purposefully fawn over Beth in front of Harley to make her jealous. Phillip calls Harley and tells her that Jim and Beth dating isn’t going to work out and he needs to fix it, just as Harley watches Susan and Beth hug. Harley pulls Beth aside and tells her to back off Susan and they get into it, while Susan is listening from the stairwell and smiling with glee. Later at the hospital, Harley and Susan are touring the birthing facility and they run into Beth. Beth casually mentions Susan wasn’t born there, like she thought, which confuses Susan. Harley then tells her about being born in the backseat of a car, which upsets Susan, thinking she always got the shaft (dumb). Harley and Beth go at it while Lillian/Susan go for a soda and Harley starts to have Braxton Hicks contractions, but she’ll be fine. Phillip arrives at the hospital and overhears Susan talking to Beth about the possibility of Harley losing her baby, and he takes it as though she wishes it would happen (and he’d be right). Susan doesn’t want to see Harley, so Beth takes her home and Phillip tells Harley there may be a problem with Susan. He says he thinks she wants something bad to happen to their baby, which Harley can’t believe at all. Phillip then lets it slip that he paid for Susan to come to SF, which she didn’t realize and gets upset by. They argue and Harley says he’s becoming a control freak, with the Jim/Susan issue and with Reva/Josh by taking over Lewis Oil and not giving the company back to them. Harley goes to Cassie’s for the night instead of going home with him because they’re so frustrated with each other. That night at the farm, Cassie/Blake/Harley talk about it during their girls night, while Phillip and Rick drink and complain about it too. But Cassie/Blake convince Harley to call Phillip, while Rick is telling Phillip he’s in the wrong because he does like to be right and in charge a lot. Rick is hilarious, he makes them role play and he plays Phillip, meaning O’Leary does his hilarious impression of Grant (Phillip) again, with the clenched jaw/bottom teeth out thing LOL. Most of these scenes seem pretty ad lib which is so hilarious. A very drunk Rick and Phillip then go to the farm to see Harley and it’s pretty comical, with Phillip hiding in the bushes, trying to feed Rick lines, but he’s so loud and Harley can hear him, so she goes back inside. Phillip then serenades her with a guitar and sings a song about how much he loves her, with Rick doing bad, drunken background vocals, and Harley finally caves, kisses him and they go back home together. Blake visits Holly again, who seems to be doing better, but Blake gets concerned a bit when Holly says she’s looking forward to working at the Journal again side-by-side with Fletcher, and getting a house in the woods so she can walk with Meg everyday. Blake then tells Holly she’s still talking to Ben which makes Holly upset and she starts to shake her, saying she needs to think about her babies. Fletcher comes in and stops Holly, and Blake privately tells Fletcher that Holly thinks Ben is like Roger and she’s trying to protect her from him. The next day, Fletcher visits Holly alone and Holly gets excited about their future and going to bed together again. She goes in for a kiss, but he backs away and it triggers her and she goes crazy again, asking why he didn’t bring Meg, how he’s taking her away from her again, etc. He leaves and Holly says to herself in the mirror that she has to get herself together. Ben meets Carmen at the Santos mansion. She’s wearing a gown, he speaks to her in Spanish, and they flirt in that dangerous way Ben likes to flirt. I guess they’re chem testing them in hopes to maybe move Ben away from Blake? They have dinner and continue to talk about potentially working together, and Ben then leaves saying he’ll be in touch. David and Vicky go on a proper date to see if there is anything there, as they try to put behind them the Lewis/Spaulding drama from last month. David tells her he’s talked to Frank about becoming a cop and he takes an exam next week, but Vicky isn’t happy about that, but they continue to flirt and ultimately kiss. Reva and Abby go for a jog and Reva confides in Abby that she feels like she must have another baby with Josh. She later has an appointment with Dr. Sedgwick and Annie walks in, surprising them both. She’s there on her community service and Reva is visibly upset. Annie reads her charts and realizes she wants to have another baby with Josh and she starts to break down and cry a little. She leaves, Dr. Sedgwick apologizes to Reva, but Reva says the only human thing about Annie is her love for children so she’s almost sorry for her. Outside, Annie sees a pregnant Harley, and she starts to crumble even more and eventually runs to Alan for comfort. She cries to him that even though she got off free, she’ll never have the life she wants - a family with children. She then asks Alan to buy her a child LOL. Reva’s appointment with Dr. Sedgwick doesn’t seem to go well. She comes into the room with seemingly concerning news, but we don’t get to hear what it is. Later, Josh tries to get a hold of Reva, but can’t. He eventually walks into their bedroom and finds her in lingerie on the bed, with music playing, asking if he’s ready to make a baby tonight. They talk about how Reva needs to experience the early years of being a mom, which she missed out on with Shayne and Marah, and then they have sex.
  8. I just saw it last night and it was SO good. Treated with respect to the franchise and it was great how focused it was on Sidney and her daughter. So many nods to the older movies. Loved it!!!
  9. I can't remember if this was already mentioned, but Mark Consuelos (Mateo, AMC) is in Scream 7 that released this weekend. I saw it last night and it was SO good.
  10. I was pretty meh on today's episode overall. I saw a post on social media showing a picture of Kat and a picture of Anastasia, saying she is Kat in 20 years. I thought that was LOL because I see it.
  11. I’m up to March 29, 1999. At the Towers, the gang is celebrating Holly’s hearing and Phillip arrives and tells Reva/Josh that Ben has been kicked out and he’s taking over. He plans to bring everyone back on as consultants, but that surprises and upsets Reva/Josh because they assumed Phillip would give Lewis Oil back to them instead. Phillip says the company was tanked under their control and this is the best for everyone, which oddly Josh seems to shrug and agree, but Reva is pissed. Harley takes Phillip aside and tries to convince him to change his mind, but he won’t for now. Jim and Beth have their date at the Towers, which is his first date since his wife died. It’s awkward and Jim uses a list to come up with conversation topics, which Beth calls out and laughs about. They dance after dinner and Harley/Phillip see them together and amongst themselves talk crap about them dating, which was rude. Cassie also sees Jim/Beth dancing and tells Reva she’s happy to see it and there is hope that she can also find happiness again. India is back in town after visiting her daughter in Switzerland. Ross is excited to see her, but she tells him she can’t be with him because he still has feelings for Blake. He tries to assure her that he doesn’t and she seems to give him a chance and they dance at the Towers. Blake later interrupts their next dancing date to talk to Ross about Holly/Fletcher and India lays into her, telling her to stop running to Ross for every little issue because he wants absolutely nothing to do with her outside of being the boys’ mother. Blake thanks Ben for supporting Holly, and he expects them to get back together, but she tells him that she can’t be with him because she can’t afford to have him in her life because he costs too much. He follows her home and surprises her and in true Ben fashion, he does that dangerous flirting thing and in true Blake fashion, she can’t resist and they sleep together. The next morning, they argue a bit about their feelings and Ben tries to play hard to get and leaves, which leaves Blake confused. Danny visits Michelle and tells her he did something stupid that night (but doesn’t tell her about sleeping with Drew). He says ever since Michelle showed up in his life, his life has been turned upside down and he can’t continue. He kisses Michelle and tells her he’s releasing her. This scares her because she thinks Carmen will now come after her, but Danny says he won’t let that happen, but they can no longer be together and he leaves, leaving Michelle crying. The next day, Danny tells Carmen he’s no longer with Michelle and she revels in the idea that she can now kill her, but Danny says if she does, he’ll give up all the family secrets to the FBI, which makes Carmen stew. Michelle visits Drew and tells her about Danny setting her free, but she finds Danny’s wallet on the floor and asks why it’s there. Drew says she found it at the bar and then Jesse walks in and Michelle tells him she’s no longer with Danny. She eventually says she wants to get back with him, but Jesse is hesitant and says it’s not that easy to pretend like the Danny stuff never happened, and he doesn’t want to be some backup plan. She leaves and Drew gets in his ear that she would never have acted like Michelle did with him, but it backfires and just makes him realize he wants to be with Michelle. Michelle finds Danny and gives his wallet back, and then Jesse shows up and takes Michelle with him to dinner, leaving Danny and Drew both sad. They all end up running into each other again at Millennium and a cocky Danny offers to have them all hang out like friends, which makes Michelle uncomfortable. While Michelle is in the bathroom, Jesse comments on how Drew/Danny are spending more time together and Jesse then sees Danny’s wallet and recognizes it as the one he found in their apartment and realizes Danny and Drew were together and had sex. Michelle comes back asking what’s going on, so Drew pulls her aside and tells her she found out she was adopted, and because she was so distraught, she did something she regrets. Before she can say she slept with Danny, Jesse interrupts and takes Drew away. Michelle tells Danny about it and asks him what Drew was going to say, but he doesn’t tell her. He then tells her he never loved her and she should go. Michelle leaves with Jesse and Danny tears up alone and says to himself he does love her (aww, I think my first time I felt something here for these two). Carmen fires her family attorney and stumbles across Ben at the Towers. They talk a bit about how they’ve heard of each other and she asks Ben to be her new attorney, in a flirtatious sort of way. He says no, because of the association with her reputation, and walks away, but it seems like something more might come of this. In fact, a few days later she stops by his office and they go back and forth as to why he should be their family lawyer. It falls a little flat for me, but Carmen is trying to play on his sense of intrigue and slight danger. He agrees to meet at their mansion the next day to further discuss it. Susan is back to her scheming ways and wants to find a way to make Harley like her and give her more attention than her unborn child. She declines a shopping trip with Harley, saying now that her dad and Beth are dating, she’s really starting to like Beth and Beth already asked her on a shopping trip. That makes Harley feel a bit jealous and upset that Beth now seemingly has the upper-hand, but Susan is clearly manipulating the situation. Later, she pushes Jim to a lunch date with Beth and Lizzie, and while there, Susan has her first period and Beth helps her through it. Harley recruits Cassie to spy on Jim/Beth because she wants to break them up. They arrive at the lunch and Susan pulls Harley aside and tells her about her period, making Harley feel guilty about not being there for her. Susan says it’s ok, she couldn’t think of anyone better than Beth to help her through it, leaving Harley upset. Phillip overhears this and is suspect yet again of Susan. Vanessa is now at Ed’s cabin and notices that she has a new email from Matt, but she talks herself out of reading it. Meanwhile, Bill was able to track Vanessa’s general location/town and Matt is searching for her. At a local gas station, the cashier confirms to Matt that she’s seen Vanessa recently, and even helped her get her car through the snow up to the Bauer cabin, which excites Matt because now he knows where to find her. Back at the cabin, Vanessa can’t help but to read the email and realizes the whole 8pm thing was a mistake and gets excited. She picks up Maureen and says they have to get back home to be with Matt. We then see Matt get to the cabin and climb over the fence, but slips and falls into the snow, which makes him go unconscious. Vanessa then walks to the car while holding Maureen, and walks right past Matt, not seeing him. They really like to torture the Matessa fans, gosh! Vanessa comes back because she forgot Maureen’s blanket, but on her way back to the car, she’s talking to Maureen and doesn’t hear a waking Matt quietly call out her name. She runs into the gas station clerk who tells her that a Matt was looking for her, so she goes back to the cabin in excitement, calling out Matt’s name, but he’s unconscious again. She tries calling his cell, but the phone lines are now down because of the snow so she starts searching outside and finally finds him! She’s somehow able to bring him inside and get blankets on him. She flashes back to their early relationship where he saved her in the cold cave and she vows to save him now in the same way. She gets him in the warm bed and he comes to, telling her it was all a misunderstanding with the time and she says she knows and loves him. They keep saying they love each other and Vanessa says they have so many more memories to make together (aww). Blake meets with Fletcher and gives him a hard time, but says as long as he’s staying in SF now, she can learn to forgive him. But she then sees his plane ticket for that evening and gets angry that he is planning to leave Holly again. She lashes out at him and says he’s going to break her mom again and he doesn’t give a damn about Holly, but after she storms out, he says to himself that she has no idea how wrong she is about that. Meanwhile, Annie is now serving her community service at Holly’s psych facility (make that make sense haha). She tells Holly she owes her for giving her life back, but wants to know how everyone can forgive Holly but no one can forgive her. Annie then offers to call Fletcher to have him visit her so she can tell him never to leave again. After Annie leaves, Blake comes in and tells Holly that Fletcher is leaving, which Annie overhears. Holly becomes upset and Annie barges in and says she can’t let him go, which really upsets Blake knowing that Annie has been talking to her. After Annie and Blake leave, Holly starts talking to a picture of Meg and then Fletcher comes by and surprises her by bringing Meg. They visit and it’s very sweet to see them together again. Fletcher then surprises Holly and tells her that he and Meg are staying, which gives her motivation and hope to be better.
  12. Some know that I love a music montage at the end haha. For me, that's so weird seeing Cassie involved so closely in Danny/Michelle's orbit! And I just looked and it seems like this is one of Laura Wright's last episodes, since she left in November of that year - interesting!
  13. What a wild and wildly entertaining last 20 minutes today. I just have to LOL at Sidwell and his machinations.
  14. Wow Laura is back, and more flashbacks to Leslie running her off the road! Just when you think they're going to forget about something, it comes right back up haha.
  15. I refuse to believe this! 😜 You're welcome! I did some googling and saw that they've been estranged for about 10 years now. Based on Susan's words in her book, it seemed like they had a great relationship at least through Liza's first 18 years. She wrote about never missing any of her childhood activities and they would talk every night while Liza was getting ready for bed about her crushes, friends, etc. I do think it has something to do with Liza and her making the choice. It seemed she cut off both her parents and her brother, and Andreas still has a good relationship with Susan (and did with Helmut). So odd... could be politics, money, outside influences/Liza's husband's family... who knows, but they're keeping it airtight.
  16. Definitely one of the more superficial things I love about GH. For me, nothing beats Cody in those long johns during the blizzard haha.
  17. LOL at Leslie calling Derek 'Smokey Bear'. Overall, a slower day...
  18. I do love the first year anniversary reminders they're giving us. Yesterday was Bill/Hayley's wedding anniversary... and today, Ashley gets a 1-year anniversary pin. I like the nods to the show and fans!
  19. Oh that is awful - so sad. Prayers for Mary and family.
  20. La Lucci -- finished Chapter 4 which is about her pregnancies and love for her children. I didn't know this, but she had a miscarriage a year before she had Liza. She was just starting her second trimester and they went to the Bahamas to vacation for a few days. While there, she started bleeding and had the worst pain imaginable, went to the local hospitals there and as she got back home to NY, it was a miscarriage. So having Liza was so special to her, and she talks a lot about how wonderful their relationship was throughout her childhood. She talks about juggling work and being a mother. Not once does she go into her strained relationship today with Liza. She just says that she'll always have unconditional love for her children and grandchildren. After both children went off to college, she would find herself going into their bedrooms and turning on their lights, just to feel their presence. She said even today, she still does this with both Andreas/Liza's rooms. Really makes me believe that Liza might be the one with an issue that she can't get over.
  21. Such a powerful story, thank you for sharing... and may your mom rest in peace. ❤️
  22. Great seeing Donelle again! LOL at Deanna using her mother's escort service. Glad that Hayley is feeling bad about what she's done. Speaking of, the actor playing the Hammer guy today would have been a great Isaiah.
  23. Happy 1-year anniversary to BTG! I'm just thankful we got a brand-new soap in this day and age. Here's to another year! 🥂
  24. Ahh ok, yes, those are the two kids she has pictures of in the book. I wonder if Susan is able to have a relationship with any of Liza's kids... so sad.
