I don't know why I am surprised to discover that Jessica Morris (Jen, OLTL) is starring in the new film from the director of Human Centipede - Onania Club, a film where the trailer consists of women masturbating to footage of 9/11. No, I didn't watch it and I'm not linking it. -

The show's ratings have remained solid this week. Assuming the cast wants to continue I suspect renewal is a lock, knock on wood.

The great Jay R. Ferguson (the loud FBI boss in Vegas - 'this is what we do in the FBI!'), who also starred as the dad on The Real O'Neals and co-starred with Sheryl Lee and Grace Zabriskie in the sadly-unreleased(?) indie The Makings of You - is now Sara Gilbert's boss/probable love interest on The Conners.

I have never found Chris Chibnall capable of producing a DW that meets the creative standards of Davies or Moffat, though they were neither without flaws. This opinion has not changed. If he goes it would be very foolish of her to do so. And it's ridiculous IMO for him to suggest he can't meet the yearly standard.

It had a natural drop but was still doing very, very well for the network. IIRC The Conners' numbers either match it or are quite close, which is still a good result for ABC.
