I don't think we've mentioned Sharisse Baker-Bernard, who filled in as Melissa Bedford on GH in 2001 while Jensen Buchanan was trying to settle her breach of contract suit with P&G. It would have been better if she had stayed on ATWT, because Melissa was a dud character from Day One. I love A Martinez, but even he couldn't salvage that storyline.

Didn't Tom King begin as HW just as the 90-minute time slot began? Talk about being thrown into the deep end of the pool!! 😳 Jensen Buchanan would have been better off staying at ATWT rather than going to GH. Her character was horrible and she had absolutely no chemistry with A Martinez, who played her love interest. But then, 2001 was a crummy year altogether for GH.

When on GL, Cass did say that he was still happily married to Lila. It was mentioned in SOD. If I can find that article, I'll post it here.

That's as good a guess as any. Plus, Kin's time away from GH did set up his huge (epic) surprise return a year or so later when he caught the bouquet at L&L's wedding.

For you long time viewers, why do you think Donna was the only member of the Love family (not counting Vicky and Marley) that caught on with the viewers? Reginald, Nicole and Peter were long gone by the time I started watching.

I don't know that, but I do know that Kin Shriner and Catherine Hickland's close, four-decades long friendship began on this show. I believe Kin said himself that the contract he signed to play Jeb made him the highest-paid actor on daytime up to that point. Why P&G shelled out all that money for him and gave him next to nothing to do remains a mystery to this day.

It must have been a shock for longtime NBCD fans to see Anna Stuart play such a bad girl so well, several years after her nearly six-year stint as the sweet Toni Ferra Powers on TD.

Every last one of the sleazy members of this administration should be hauled off into federal prison for life...on murder charges. At the very least, criminally negligent homicide. The only time I EVER want to hear the words "law and order" again is in regards to the TV show. In the words of the beloved Jerry Orbach's Det. Lennie Briscoe, they should go where all they get is "a pair of striped pajamas and the word 'schmo' tattooed on your forehead".

Sadly, I think so much stuff has gone down plus we are all so weary from the Coronavirus that our collective minds are numbed. Here in Ohio, every registered voter got an application for an absentee ballot in the mail. My folks are voting by mail, but I plan to be at the county Board of Elections bright and early on October 6th to cast my vote. The other day, I was at the BMV to both renew my driver's license and get a new sticker for my license plate. I was waiting in line when I heard a clerk ask a customer if he was a registered voter and if not, would he care to register. He answered no to both questions. It was really, REALLY hard for me to keep quiet when I heard that. 😠😠😠😠😠
